AM I Dreaming: Heated Pool, Family Friendly Home, 3-min walk to beach!

The vacation you have imagined finally becomes a reality. AM I dreaming is a bright and charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located just one block from the beach. Inspired by the colors of the sand and sky, AM I dreaming offers custom artwork showcasing what makes Anna Maria Island so special. The master bedroom offers a king bed, spacious closets, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The bedroom with a queen-sized bed connects to the fully-stocked kitchen; making it easy for guests to grab a cup of coffee before greeting a Florida morning on their own deck. A third bedroom has twin beds that will have guests snug as island sea turtles in their nests. There’s indoor dining for six, and a separate covered outdoor living space to grill and eat the catch of the day, sway on a swing, or dip in the pool. Keep your car cool in the garage, as the free Island trolley stops just across the street. Unplug and make memories with games, books and comfortable furniture made for conversations. When you need to be connected, count on free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and three flat screen TVs. But don’t be surprised if they don’t get much use; you may find yourself too busy making AM I dreams come true.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The location of the house was wonderful and super close to the beach and other desirable locations on AMI. The rental was quite clean and most of our group liked the layout. (Some found the location of one bedroom off of the kitchen and dining room to be odd and a bit far from the guest bathroom, which oddly opens onto the living room itself.) We found the kitchen to be well supplied and were able to have two substantial dinners at the house. We also appreciated the beach supplies (although an anchor is needed for the beach umbrella). The pool was great for a dip after time at the beach! The only continuing problem that we had was an intermittent wifi signal, which interfered with some Zoom calls. The host/realty sent people promptly to look at it, but it was never fixed. (Spectrum needs to look at it and likely needs to provide a new modem.) Overall, this is a great house and offers a great home base for a terrific vacation on AMI !

The property was the same as pictures. Short walk to the beach. The pool was nice in the evenings. Weather was nice all week. Location is great and close to all the cute shops and restaurants. It was great size for our group of 6. Would recommend this house for your stay at AMI. Beautiful laid back island. Only negative was the blender smelled like ruined milk and had old unwashed food still in it. There was a lid to something in a drawer that wasnt washed properly and smelled up the drawer. Cleaning staff just needs to double checks these things. Other than that, everything was great! We loved our stay and didnt want to leave!

AMI Dreaming - Great Spot

Location could not be better - 1 block from beach access and on a major road with easy access to everywhere on the island, but far enough away from the shops/restaurants that it felt quiet. Inside was clean and bright! Only feedback is that both bathrooms seemed a little rundown compared to the rest of the home. They were clean and serviceable, and definitely no issues. The owner was clear that no beach toys or chairs were guaranteed, but we were thrilled to find a beach wagon, several chairs, and plenty of sand toys to make our days on the beach just perfect.

Great Location!

It was a short walk to the beach every day to see the sunsets and a short drive to shops and restaurants. The house was charming! Room for improvement? Replace the worn dishes.

Summer trip

I spent 4 amazing days with my husband, children (9 and 11yo) and my inlaws. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We spent time at the beach and bbq most of our meals. I had a small issue opening the door but management was super quick to respond. I also thought the toaster wasn't working and the next day management provided a brand new toaster, which we didn't need because my husband was able to fix the original one. It was an amazing stay!

Very nice property in a great location on Anna Maria Island. The beach was a short walk away and we we were halfway between the two main business areas on the North end of the island. The pool was small and wouldn’t be great for young kids to play in, but nice for us adults to cool off in and have a cocktail.

Property was located a block from the beach. Just a perfect location for my family vacation. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We rented during an extremely busy holiday week and had difficulty finding beach chairs to rent. So for a few days we had to use our beach towels. That was a tad disappointing especially when property was so close to beach. Wished house had just 2 beach chairs to offer and a cooler as well. Besides the beach chair issue place was great! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property in a gorgeous neighborhood

We really enjoyed this vacation home. The property is well cared for, stocked with all the basics you need to have a successful island stay. Our daughters could t get enough of the small, on property pool; and I enjoyed the master suite’s jacuzzi tub. The appliances work perfectly, everything came together for a fantastic time! Make sure to bring grill tools with you if you want to use the supplied gas grill!

Amazing property and great location!

We had such a great time at this house! The location was perfect and a very short walk to the beach! The only small complaint I have is that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own toilet paper and while it wasn't a big deal, it is the small details that can make a rental property experience amazing. I would still give 5 stars to the property and location and would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Anna Maria Cottage

The house is very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The ceiling fans are a great life saver. The air can only be turned down to 74. Most of the time it is ok. However, There were a couple of hot nights. The pool is the highlight of the property. It is a joy to spend time outside. The beach is one a block away and it is breath taking. Over all it was a great experience. We would visit again. It was a wonderful place to spend my 50th.
