The first floor features an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun. The primary bedroom and the primary bathroom are located on the first floor as well. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom, which is kid-friendly with bunk beds. The layout is ideal for families or a retired couple welcoming their grandchildren. Beach chairs and an umbrella are stored in the garage and are available to use by our guests.

Step outside and walk down a few steps to enjoy your private pool, a serene spot for cooling off or lounging with a good book. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a relaxing oasis right at home. With the beach just minutes away, you'll have the best of both worlds – sun, sand, and surf, all within arm's reach. The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional charge. Please ask us! This property must be rented for a minimum of 30 nights. If the travel dates you are looking for don’t appear to be available, please contact our reservations team directly and we will see if we can accommodate your request at your property of choice, or another comparable home in our portfolio.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
