The primary bedroom and the primary bathroom are located on the first floor as well. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom, which is kid-friendly with bunk beds. The layout is ideal for families or a retired couple welcoming their grandchildren. Beach chairs and an umbrella are stored in the garage and are available to use by our guests.
Step outside and walk down a few steps to enjoy your private pool, a serene spot for cooling off or lounging with a good book. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, creating a relaxing oasis right at home. With the beach just minutes away, you'll have the best of both worlds – sun, sand, and surf, all within arm's reach. The pool can be heated in the winter for an additional charge. Please ask us! Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.
Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
