The Blue Sky Beach House is one side of a newly constructed private duplex, with it's own pool, spa and backyard oasis. Decorated in a bright, beachy style, this house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 6 flat screen TV's, private heated pool and spa, stainless steel appliances, grill, rooftop deck, 10 foot ceilings and top of the line amenities. Kids will enjoy the bunk room made just for them...and it's an easy one minute walk to the beach. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together whether you're in the kitchen, living room or dining area and the pool is completely private (both sides have their own pool)!

Perfectly located just a block from the beach and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, Blue Sky Beach House is ideal for a larger group or multiple families traveling together. This is the 4th year we have vacationed with kids and grandkids in Holmes Beach during Presidents Day week. This was our 3rd house and by far the best. We loved the convenient layout and great pool/spa. Everything was clean and working. Can't beat the short walk to the beach. We had a small problem working the spa but the owner was responsive and corrected the issue almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Week at Blue Sky

Our family could not have been happier with our week at Blue Sky. The location of the house was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach with the kids and beach gear. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was very clean. The kids also had a blast playing in the pool.

The place was perfect for meeting up with friends and families of different states. Very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house had everything for cooking and eating in, chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach, nice pool area out back. Would definitely stay again.
