Welcome to Ocean Brezze Villa, a hidden paradise nestled within Santa Maria Island! Our villa is designed to provide the ultimate comfort and enjoyment for our guests. As you step into the property, you'll be greeted by the convenience of either two single-car garages or one spacious double garage, equipped with all the essentials (Beach chairs, Cooler, BBQ, Bikes, Snorkeling ect) for a perfect beach day.

The villa has an inviting outdoor terrace, perfect for hosting a delightful barbecue while soaking in the sun-kissed ambiance. Moving inside to the second floor, you'll find a cozy living area, a chic dining space, and a fully renovated kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals.

The hosts are extremely responsive, kind and welcoming. Even months before our trip, they answered questions and made recommendations. The home is lovely and very clean in nice neighborhood. Our trip was hampered by the unseasonal weather which brought up issues having to turn on heat. But again, the hosts were quick to handle the situation and everything worked out well. House is well equipped and in excellent location for everything you could want to do - quick beach or free trolley access. The open floor plan and stairs is definitely something to be sure you will be comfortable with- we made it work. Beds were VERY comfortable.

Beautiful home with everything you could need for a great trip! Loved all the beach goodies and wagon. Close enough to walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Gorgeous and safe area to walk too! Our first trip to AMI and definitely not our last. We loved everything about it!

this condo was amazing. the pictures are accurate. we stayed for a week, had a great time. the condo has been freshly updated, it was immaculately clean. the beds were comfortable. the beds were also large, the one on the main floor was a king size, and the other two were queens. the kitchen utensils were of good quality. there were enough plates, and cups for a whole family. the hosts made every effort to make the space welcoming and homey. the garage was clean and available for two cars. the hosts even had bikes in the garage that they offered for us to use, even though we didn't, but the gesture didn't go unnoticed nor unappreciated. the property was a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. the host was very responsive to phone calls/texts. he texted me back promptly and was very professional. I have stayed in many hotels and Vrbo properties, but I have to say, this was one of the most pleasant experiences, and I owe it all to the host, Jose Medina. the check in process was seamless, so was the check out. In my rush to get to the airport, I forgot my jacket in one of the closets, Jose offered to mail it to my address and did so two days later. what a gentleman. thank you so much Jose for hosting us, you are one of a kind, please don't ever change. you have a lovely place, and I would be honoured to return and stay there again when I'm on Anna Maria island. stay blessed and it was a pleasure to stay at your lovely condo.

This was a very nice unit for my family to stay in on our beach vacation. Highlights include:- very responsive and easy to reach owner- newly renovated- nice appliances- awesome screened in porch- unit has a humidistat that did a great job of keeping the living space very comfortable on those hot and humid days- a garage filled with beach goodies that were a nice touchOverall a great place to stay. The only challenge, and this is a personal pref, was the incredibly firm Master Bed mattress. We were forced to buy a mattress topper to make it more comfy but others may prefer such a firm mattress. Would have no problem recommending unit to others.Thanks Jose’

Perfect Family Condo

This was our first trip to the island and the condo was perfect for our family of five. Close to the beach/restaurants/shopping, clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very kind and communicated well.Hope to be back soon!

Relaxing and Lovely

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed everything about our time there. Sitting on the screen porch sipping on a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen was so well stocked and the beds comfy. We’ve been going to Holmes Beach since 2008, it’s our happy place. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets gorgeous. Come enjoy!!

Great location and great unit

Our family had a great vacation in February. The the condo was very clean, lots of space, and we especially loved that it was a 5 min walk to the beach. There was a beach wagon and chairs provided that we took to the beach most evenings for sunset. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house. It was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and just a few short blocks to the beach and the fabulous sunsets. We had everything we needed in the house, and communication with the hosts was easy. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! (Note that there is a flight of stairs to get to the living area and master bedroom. Another flight to get to bedroom 2 & 3. Worked fine for us, but something to be aware of for older guests).

Great location and host

We stayed for a week with our two adult children and their partners. The condo easily houses 6 adults with a very nice outdoor screened in patio area for hanging out.The host was responsive to questions both before and during our stay.Home was clean, but we did re wash the floors when we arrived because we are Canadian and don’t wear shoes in the house. The bathrooms and kitchen surfaces were spotless. It was quick walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!

A lovely property in a beautiful quiet area

This house is beautifully decorated and presented. The location is great being lovely and quiet. Added bonus of a pool to use on site too. House is very well equipped, from everything you need in the kitchen to helpful things to take on a day out to the beach! We loved the beach chairs! Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic from start to finish

We booked this place for a family vacation before dropping our son at college. It was perfect for quality family time. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach out the back door. The owner had a beach towels, beach cart, cooler and chairs for our use. There was no way to be more accommodating. We would 100 percent book again.
