It's My Dream is a brand new and lovely island-themed private duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Equipped with a private heated pool/spa and spacious deck. This luxury home truly represents the best of what Anna Maria Island has to offer. Centrally located with just a short 2 minute walk away from the beaches and close to all of the local shops and boutiques!

Adorned with fine fixtures, granite counters and brand new HDTV's-this home is ideal for your next family getaway! The sleeping arrangements include 2 King-sized beds and 1 Queen-sized bed. The upstairs Master-suite has its own private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms (located on the main living level) share a full bathroom.

Take the fuss and worry out of packing your private sheets and beach towels knowing that when you arrive to your dream vacation rental, in-place are high quality luxury bedding, bath towels, wash cloths and beach towels ready for your stay. Eliminate the guessing game, free up luggage space and breathe easy knowing that everything is already taken care of for you. For even further convenience My Dream offers a high chair and a pack-n-play for the special little ones in the family!

It's my Dream is pet friendly for dogs up to 40lb. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit auch!Einziges Manko ist die Vermietungsagentur: aus unsere Frage, wie die Alarmanlage ausgeht haben wir nach 2 Stunden eine Antwort bekommen, auf eine Antwort wie man das Haus abschließt warten wir seit einer Woche. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar, noch nicht einmal auf der Notfallnummer Ietu

Great Spot

The house has a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The outdoor patio are lovely (although we thought the pool was going to be heated and it was not). The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked. The beach chairs/wagon are a definite plus.

Amazing Pool and Spa

It was a great location and a great layout. We had a 2 yr old and 4 yr old with us. The walk to the beach was close enough they could walk there and back on their own. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to get back!

Perfect honeymoon

We rented this property for a week long honeymoon stay and it was wonderful. It was perfect for just the two of us but could also comfortably accommodate a family. The neighbor is clean, quiet and right in the middle of it all. It is very quiet considering how much there is to do in the area. Beds are super comfortable and everything you might need for vacation is provided. We really enjoyed using the items in the garage for our beach trips. We contributed and left a few items for the next guests. We highly recommend visiting Bean Point during your stay. There is also another beautiful beach within walking distance of the house. We loved our visit so much to Anna Maria we are already planning our next trip!

Fantastic location; house could use a couple small updates

We are just now finishing our stay at It’s My Dream on Holmes Beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young children. The location cannot be beat; it’s in low-key Holmes Beach with a very short 5min walk to beach access. The pool was wonderful, and the house is very well set-up for our size group - any more would have been a little cramped as there is only one true living space. My criticisms are minimal, however, would prevent us from returning to this particular home. The kitchen is very lacking on amenities. The utensils are very cheap & pots/pans are limited. On the surface, the home is clean. However, upon further inspection, the furniture and majority of walls are very dirty. There are 2 white couches in the main living area with a lot of stains. All the walls are scuffed and/or marked. Upon check-out, it was requested only the towels and sheets be stripped to be cleaned - which I just find unsanitary not to wash all linens during Covid. All in all, we had a nice time but the home definitely needs a facelift with replacement of furniture.

10th Year Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Quaint home steps away from the beach with modest amenities with wear and tear within the home to be expected with a vacation rental! Loved the home, but found a few issues which affected a great guest experience! This was our second trip to Anna Maria and our first with the property management team of Florida Dreams Realty. It’s been said that you only get one chance to make a 1st impression. Customer service is defined as the provision of service to customers before, during, and after the sale. Our experience was that customer service ended at the purchase of the rental. The property manager failed to respond to our concerns and questions! We definitely did not feel treated as a VIP as stated on their website! The following is the reason for our overall rating considering Covid Cleaning Protocol: 1.) Mold was found in both shower walls and shower liners. We used mold removal spray to clean prior to use! 2.) Hair was found on the bed linen, floors, and showers. 3.) Some plates and kitchen utensils were dirty and needed cleaning prior to use. 4.) Pendants lights over the kitchen counter top, ornaments, television frame, picture frames, and ledges around the wall needed dusting. 5.) Living room sofas are stained. 6.) 1 pool Adirondack Chair is cracked and 1 pool lounge char has a broken back support! Sand in the pool needs removal! Final result is a failure of making a good 1st impression, nonexistent customer service, and definitely did not feel treated as a VIP!

#Stunning#Beautiful#Amazing - It is truly a dream!

This is an absolutely STUNNING beach house situated within a short 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful un spoilt beaches you can possibly imagine. Turquoise waters and white powder like sand with the dramatic sunsets made our simple days happy days. The accommodation offers a high quality throughout with maximum thought going into even the smallest detail. Every home comfort with everything you could possibly need for an amazing stay. We were a two family group and the three double bedrooms worked well for us as did the private pool/hot tub and BBQ. A visit to As Anna Maria had been on our "to do" list for many years so long we spent a long time researching before booking and we were not disappointed in any way. Despite Hurricane Dorians best efforts we had a fab time which was much needed after a busy week in Orlando. Our ONLY regret was we did not stay for longer as we loved loved loved it and we hope to be back very soon.
