Experience Anna Maria Island from this cozy poolside bungalow. Coconuts Poolside is located in the Coconuts Beach Resort, a long-time favorite island destination! You'll love this newly refreshed unit with a fully equipped kitchen, elegant yet comfortable living room with cable TV, and private bedroom with plush queen beds. The bedroom also features cable TV.

At Coconuts you will enjoy the Florida beach cottage experience with authentic island vibes. Relax by the pool or wander right out your door down to the shoreline. This unit is only steps away from the beach and offers plenty of beachfront loungers to relax in. The kids will appreciate having the sparkling pool located directly outside your sliding patio door. You won't want to miss the amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets. View them from the beach or from the pool right outside your door while enjoying an evening cocktail.

Coconuts Poolside is centrally located in the middle of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley stop is just one block away from the complex and will take you anywhere else on the island. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit as well as visitor parking on a first come, first served basis. Coconuts resort also offers a coin operated laundry facility on-site so you can pack light.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of bath and beach towels.

Easy Access to Paradise

Location and amenities were great. We rented 3 units total for a big family vacation. Still a couple touch ups that need to be done after remodel due to hurricanes. Totally understandable. Frustrated with pool gate, never worked right. Bbq was empty of propane, and staff responded within 30 min to fill.

DO NOT STAY HERE

We spent 10 days at this location and only had a functioning toilet for 3 of them. If that's not enough of a reason to avoid this listing please continue reading. The property management company (the owners live outside of The United States) is nearly impossible to reach. We called regarding the check in process and had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back (spam filter blocked the email with check in instructions.) And then we had a MAJOR plumbing issue and had the same problems with communication. The plumbing line was blocked and was backing up into the unit - I will not share the gory details here but you can use your imagination. The plumbing issue was not resolved until we had been at the property for A WEEK. Our vacation was already ruined by this point, and

Amazing location!

Amazing !

The location of property was awesome even though the pictures on website showed we faced the ocean. That being said we were just steps away from the ocean. The condo was spacious I do feel though that it needs updating.
