Kick off your shoes, sit back, relax, and enjoy a view of the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island from the balcony of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo.

This lovely, beachfront condo is decorated with a unique kind of "Florida-style" furnishings from the Pamaro Shop. A king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area provide plenty of sleeping space for family and friends. This property also features our professional linen service.

With mere steps to the pool and beach you will be enticed to spend hours of fun in the sun! If you want to take a rest from the sun, there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance or you can explore the Island by hopping on board the free trolley that runs daily along the island and has a stop just a few steps from your door.

Pets are not allowed in this home.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. The minimum requirement for this home is no less than 14 nights. The maximum occupancy is six.

Great Time at AMI

We loved the location of this property and it is very professionally managed for sure. Specifically just far enough from any crowds, but just close enough to everything! We were slightly surprised by the lack of any kitchen pantry. We were booked to stay for 3 weeks, so we brought all our food, etc., and had to store all of it on the counter top. One other item that was a bother was the couch seems really old and is quite uncomfortable. Since it was only 2 of us, we could deal with both these issues, but with a family it may be more difficult. otherwise, a great find. Thanks for everything.

Nice condo

Very nice condo in a small condo community - 12 units in all. Pool was not crowded at all and the beach access can't be beat. The condo was clean and properly equipped. My only complaint is that the couch needs replaced - I saw another review that said it was tough to sleep in (pull out bed). I found it tough to even sit on - sink way down into it. Otherwise great place!

Sunset 102 Review

Everything went fine on our 4 week stay at 102. We sincerely appreciate all of the upgrades from last year. Our only problem was a dog in 204 that barked non-stop when the owners left, but I left them a note and never heard the dog again. Our only suggestion is to put an electronic key lock on the door. I lost one key last year and TWO this year. Fortunately, Ace Hardware made some new ones and I avoided the lost key fee. See you next year! Mark and Denise Stephens

Nice location - close to things to do - restaurants - trolly for transportation. Need to update the fold-out couch in the living room - not suitable for adults with springs poking thru - Also - the hot water heater needs updating, etc - cannot keep up with 5 people taking showers -
