Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, Surf's Up is 1.5 blocks from the sugar sand beach! You'll be enjoying the shimmering clear waters and in the surf in no time!

Our lovely home features a kitchen with counter bar seating for three, dining room with seating for six and a comfortable living room for gathering family and friends.

Two of the four bedrooms features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathrooms. The additional guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a set of twin beds in the other. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The sparkling pool and spa highlight the tropically landscaped backyard which is complete with pool loungers and gas grill.

Surf's Up is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants and to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Relaxing Vacation

My middle school and high school and daughters and I had a wonderful, relaxing spring break vacation. The house is beautiful. The rooms are big. We loved being able to walk easily to the beach and to restaurants. And we spent a lot of time in the backyard pool. We had a great time.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Surfs up. The house was beautiful and have everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The beach was close and we loved the pool and AMI area. The house was in close proximity to everything on the island. Some of the beds were firmer than our preference, but we would definitely rent this house again.

Great escape!

This property is perfectly located very close to walk to the beach or take the free trolley to shopping, restaurants, or any other activities. The backyard oasis is fantastic with pool, hot tub, grill, and plenty of seating/lounging in both sun and shade. The house itself was perfect—plenty of sleeping space and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals!

AMAZING VACATION RENTAL

Thank you for an amazing stay on AMI! Surfs Up was perfect for our family Vaca with our 3 adult(ish) children and their significant others. The house is simply gorgeous with plenty of space. The kitchen is very well appointed. We didn't lack for anything. The 2 ensuite bathrooms are stunning and the shared bath has plenty of room for 4 grown people to manage with ease. I underestimated how much we would use the pool, but it ended up being our gathering spot every night and one rainy day!! It is a perfect set up. The homeowners supplied a beach wagon and a few chairs for guest use, which was very nice for the people in our party who flew in. Anna Maria Life was incredibly attentive and answered all our questions! I wouldn't hesitate to book thru them again!

Perfect summer vacation.

This property met all of our needs and then some. Very clean, well decorated home, and comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were clean and one of the best parts of every day. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again!!

Very clean . Enough space for everybody. The best part the Pool!!!! Close to Restaurants and the beach. 2 items that can make a different beach umbrella. Also the lock in the bathroom doors was not working. Is a beautiful home . We will come back again.

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful stay! There was more than enough space for us. The whole family enjoyed the pool and spa both during the day and night. Proximity to the beach was amazing! Having access to a beach wagon, chairs and water toys was so convenient and helpful when transporting items for the day. We suggest grabbing a few essentials before checking in as after travelling for a few days, laundry was needed and there is none provided. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this property!

Wonderful Vacation

This property was wonderful. A lot of privacy if needed, but a large center room and pool for gatherings. Only a short walk to the beach (I fished everyday), and an easy bike ride to anywhere. Check out the Monkey Bud if you are heading downtown. Fun drive for all. I would stay here again.

Great week vacation with family

This house is really nice and location is really great as well! We had plenty of room to spread out but come together as a family! Pool area is super the pool deck/shelf was super for our youngest grandchild. We had a airconditioning issue but the staff was on it very quickly so it was not a problem. We plan to rent again in the future if we need this much space.

It was a nice place. The management company called and checked in and was quick to remedy issues. The rooms were great. Loved the pool and hot tub. My one suggestion is to have more cleaning supplies for your renters. We only had 1 roll of TP per bathroom. Maybe 2 per bathroom, especially when you advertise for 8 people max. Also, you want us to keep dishes clean but only provide 1 dishwasher cleaner. Makes me question if past renters just rinsed dishes and put them back with lack of cleaning supplies. Same with trash bags, etc. I understand not overstocking as some may take them but at least leave enough to help your renters keep your place looking nice and clean. Overall, it was a nice stay. Washer and dryer worked well. Fridge and stove took a long time to cool down/heat up but that's to be expected with a rental. Spacious for our little family.

Great house for extended family. The pool and spa were wonderful. 5 min walk to beach. Upon arrival house was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need(except keurig...regular coffee pot) Wi-Fi was excellant (even for our teen) Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Loved this property! It was exactly what the pictures showed. My family loved the pool and being so close to all the beaches. Would stay here again.
