Lower level has comfortable living room to relax in with TV / internet. Kitchenette with stove and cooktop. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs level has open area with queen size bed and separate room area with a twin size bed. Upper level has beautiful ocean views with access to a deck .

We had a great stay! The property was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described and pictured. Everything was comfortable and in good condition, which made for a relaxing visit. The hosts were incredibly gracious-we ran into them a few times and they were always kind and welcoming. One small suggestion would be to include a broom or Swiffer for quick cleanups, but overall, it was a wonderful rental and we would happily stay again.

Feeling at home in Homer

This property has a great view of the mountains across the bay and is in a nice and quiet street. Everywhere you want to go is a short drive from here. The property has a lovely upstairs area and the kitchen has everything you need. Dan and Sarah the hosts are lovely, but give you your privacy. We would stay again!

Had a truly lovely stay at this well-maintained and centrally located VRBO property. Though part of someone's house it has a fully separate entrance and privacy. A comfortable living room and kitchen and very nice shower in the bathroom. The second floor has a queen bed and single bed as well as two comfortable chairs looking at the beautiful scenery with an accessible deck. The hosts are very welcoming and have gone the extra mile with comfortable sheets and towels, extra blankets, coffee for the coffeemaker and shower accessories and hair dryer. It is very spacious and centrally located. I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

Lovely apartment in the middle of town

My wife and I had an outstanding 5-night stay. The apartment is adorable and the views of the bay and mountains from the upstairs bedroom and porch were spectacular. The place was well stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Close to all attractions in town, as well as supermarket and other amenities. We'd be thrilled to stay here again on a future visit to Homer!

Florists staying for a wedding

Super impressed with the rental. Easy to find with very clear communication for the hosts. We walked inside to find a very clean place with lots of space for us to work on our wedding florals. The hosts were also very accommodating when we had asked for early check in as well as for a broom. Highly recommend this cute spot!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY!!!

Gracie's VRBO was so wonderful! My husband, our 28-year old daughter and I stayed three nights in Homer and we couldn't have imagined a better place--we had everything we needed, and then some, at Gracie's well-appointed, super clean VRBO home. First of all, I have to say the bed was the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I've ever slept on! I am not exaggerating! I actually felt so much better each morning, and I know it was because I had such a good night's sleep in the incredibly heavenly bed. I even asked Gracie about the type of mattress it was, and I have since purchased one--seriously life changing! The location was also perfect, being very close to the main area of Homer. The views of the mountains and Beluga Lake were outstanding, looking out from the large picture windows in the living area. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to find a generous bowl of fresh fruit that Gracie had provided, which came in very handy. There were multiple special touches throughout the home, which we really appreciated. Gracie was a superb hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and we will definitely stay at her lovely home next time we're in Homer! I highly highly highly recommend Gracie's VRBO home!!!
