Honestly, the hotel is average at best. We stayed in the interconnecting premier course view rooms (family of four) - ours clearly had not been renovated. The rooms were clean but dated and very rundown and look VERY different to the provided photographs on the website. Good points: - Shuttle service was great - Elemis products in the bathroom - Kids loved the StarWars pinball machine in the lobby which was free to use - Staff were nice and generally helpful - Good public transport options (trams and buses) around the hotel Bad points: - Breakfast was really average (there are lots of staff who are helpful but the food really isn't great and the breakfast room is incredibly run down) - Security is poor - anyone can go to any floor at any time. The whole family were woken up at 2.30am one night by an Uber driver repeatedly knocking on our door trying to deliver fastfood.

I loved the hotel view just opposite the Hong Kong Jockey Club. The hotel has a shuttle bus every 30 minutes it’s really saved us for walking in the hot weather, even though you can walk from hotel to shopping district and restaurants, convenient shops only 10 minutes. The hotel decor was a bit out dated and old but for the area it was perfect.
