The 1 Bedroom – Mountain View (1DR) offers approximately 640 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The suite features two double beds in the private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the separate living room, making it an excellent choice for couples, friends, or small families. A private lanai overlooks Oʻahu's lush mountain landscape, while the spacious layout includes a full kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and an in-suite washer and dryer. The spa-inspired bathroom features a deep soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, and private water closet with a TOTO washlet, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island.

- The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to Guests staying at this resort. A deposit of $250 for incidentals is required at check-in.
- 24-hour valet parking service is available in the main lobby of Hilton Hawaiian Village for all Towers, including Hilton Grand Vacations, for $89 plus tax per day (only available at the hotel's main lobby). Oversized vehicles will be charged $110 plus tax per day and parking is limited based on availability. Self-parking is available for $69 plus tax per day. Fees are subject to change.
- Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village - The Grand Islander, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club is a high-rise structure located in the heart of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort & Spa complex. Grand Islander is located near Waikiki beach but not the ocean front building.
