Overall experience was positive. Laundry in unit, electric stove top, full fridge, and location were convenient. H9wever, rhe driveway was too steep to park in for a corolla. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived: coffee pot wasn't clean and had mold, the floor was a bit dirty especially in the corners, and the bathroom mat was dirty. Overall the issues were relatively minor and the place was at a great price point.
