The space

Located on the 26th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 2 (Mauka), this 1-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests in a thoughtfully arranged layout. Expansive views of the ocean, bay, and skyline extend throughout the living area, kitchen, bedroom, and private balcony, creating a constant connection to the surroundings.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king-size bed, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, ceiling fan, and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. A sliding panel separates the bedroom from the living area for added privacy. The living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, best suited for children or occasional use.



Living area

After a day out, you can unwind with your favorite shows on the 65" HDTV or stay connected with fast wifi - 205 Mbps. The space is cooled by a window AC unit and ceiling fan, with a layout that flows easily into the kitchen and dining area.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a full setup for preparing meals at your own pace, with a dining table and island seating that invite relaxed mornings with coffee or casual dinners while taking in the view.



Bathroom & essentials

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials. Linens and towels are provided, and paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio or balcony to enjoy outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. It’s a comfortable setting for early mornings, evening conversations, or simply watching Waikiki transition from day to night.

✨RECREATION DECK (6TH FLOOR)

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 15, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground

• A full tennis and play court



Everything on the deck will be new, beautifully designed, and ideal for families, couples, and longer stays.

The recreation deck and its amenities are not accessible prior to May 15, 2026. Some daytime construction activity may be present. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
