CHECK-IN IS 3PM â CHECK-OUT IS 11AM Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

This unit was dingy, the floor was dirty and seemed like sand was left on the floor, the furniture was dirty, the shower door won't stay closed, and the shower head holder is about to fall off. It does have a million-dollar view, but it was not a million-dollar experience.
The view is stunning and the condo was as well-appointed as the pictures show. We appreciated the generous supplies of paper products, dw, and washer cleaning tablets, beach chairs. The building itself seems very secure so I didnât worry about leaving my belongings for the day. The condo layout is very spacious: Two 6â closets with lots of hangers, tall dresser in the large dressing area. Location is truly beachfront. Recommend you take their suggestion of renting a parking space. There isnât any public parking around there that we saw. One comment is that it would be helpful to leave condiments, spices, oils, tin foil, baggies, etc. instead of clearing it all out

Beautiful open concept, studio, with large lanai patio, huge window window wall with fuse of the ocean and the fireworks. Far from the noise of the jackhammers, sirens and leaf blowers of downtown Waikiki. What a great location, breakfast every morning at the hotel next-door right at Waters edge. Canât be beat, kitchen, washer, dryer, take your macadamia nuts and my ties out on the lanai and enjoy the tradewinds!
