The Views are spectacular of Diamond Head and the Ocean, the Kitchen is fully loaded, the Unit sleeps up to 4 persons, and has everything you would need to have a FUN, Enjoyable, and RELAXING stay. I have owned and managed our properties for over 15 years so I personally will ensure you are well taken care of. Unit 2601-1, referred to as 'Ocean Escape', for it's great Ocean and Diamond Head views. This Unit is a luxurious one bedroom Condo in the Waikiki Banyan complex offering great value for money!

'Ocean Escape' is located on the 26th floor of the popular Tower I, and is conveniently located one block from the Beach, and a couple blocks from the Zoo. The local bus stop is situated in front of the building and within walking distance you will find; Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and activities for all ages.

The unit comes with a Fully equipped Kitchen- pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, bowls, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and more... Full size fridge and stove, a spacious 1 bedroom with a King size bed, extra linens and blankets, night stands and a dresser. A pull out queen size couch in the living room area. There are 3 large pocket sliding doors that close off the bedroom from the living area for privacy and noise reduction.

The Unit is kept very clean and tidy, travertine tiled living room, carpeted bed area, separate door to bathroom. King Size bed en suite with sliding doors that close off the Living room area from the bedroom area for privacy.

As the owner I care about my customers to have the best stay possible so that they may enjoy themselves and just have fun.


Also included: 55 Inch flat screen internet capable TV. There is an over sized Lanai to feel the breeze, check out the beach surf, or simply admire the majestic presence of Diamond Head Crater.

Good layout. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen- a toaster or toaster oven would be nice. Needs TLC. New good quality mattress needed. Would have been nice to know the pool was closed as this was s selling point of the property.

Love it at Mikes!

It was the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at.Mike was quick to answer. The only issue we had was that the condo seemed a little bit warm overnight with the ac set at 68. The cold air didn’t seem to make it to the bedroom much. We would stay there again, even though I’m afraid of heights, lol. 26th floor. Awesome location to beach and food. Excellent Property

Mike was very good to work with. The property was excellent. This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the Waikiki Banyan and this was by far the best unit we stayed in. Everything in the unit worked and unlike prior units the bed was even comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Comfortable high rise condo

The condo had everything we needed. Mike was easy to reach and responsive to questions. Very close to beach . (Great beach, especially if you have kids because breakwater creates a lagoon in places.) Only downside was condo is on 26th floor and elevators were slooow.

Easy to get in and out of Waikiki. Parking was no problem. Staff was very nice in the property surroundings. Condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Property is as described. Mike is a great host. Friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful. A general all around good bloke. Even left us some home grown mangoes. Property is well equipped with everything you need including a safe which we found very useful. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella were very useful. Only used the AC the last three nights as it was very humid. Unit works well. Plenty of storage room for clothes and shopping. There’s even a selection of books to read. We’re already thinking about when we can come back.

Nice property, easy access to the beach, trolley, bus, anything you need. Had a coffee pot malfunction and Mike was on it. Brought over a replacement and was happy to see it was exactly like my own at home. Also brought us some home grown mangoes from his own mango tree🙂.

Back to Waikiki

We love staying at the Waikiki Banyon - one block to the beach, 2 blocks to the zoo and a short drive to our son and his family in Kahala. The unit at the Banyon was perfect - king bed, large AC, a modern updated fully tiled bathroom, loads of amenities, a washer dryer at end of hall, large TV with access to Netflix, Prime and many channels. Parking for our rental car was included in the building’s self park garage. The unit’s owner was hospitable and helpful . A 5 star experience.

Mike the owner was very helpful. The view of the mountains and ocean were breath taking. The condo was an 8-minute walk to the beach. The condo was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Beautiful Diamond Head View

This property is nicely located just far enough from the noise and traffic, but close enough to easily walk to anything around Waikiki. The view of Diamond Head is outstanding. We even walked to Diamond Head, hiked to the top and back down, walked back and still had the energy to walk to dinner and an evening stroll on the beach. The property was clean, well stocked and communication with Mike was super easy and he was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely, roomy suite with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head. Well stocked kitchen (loved the big island counter) and comfy king bed. The new T. Bahama beach chairs were a great bonus! Very nice apartment to stay for vacation

Everything was great. There's really nothing to complain about. Communication was easy, likewise descriptions, instructions etc. We've found everything we needed, beach chairs and even a couple pairs of fins that turned out handful for snorkeling at Electric beach. Even though there's no designated parking space there, we never had a problem finding one for parking car.
