Rooms were grossly in need of updating. Very very old and not well maintained. Beds were clean and comfortable. But there was an odd smell when we first entered the hallway from the elevator and in was in the room too Pool was very cold. Snack bags weren't anything special. All purchased items purchased from Costco.

Room is dated. Oven and fridge are from the previous century and needs to be updated. Room is small. Carpet in the room needs to be changed. Public areas are dingy and dirty. The amenity fee and Valet fee is expensive and not worth the value. Valet is required but parking lot is so small that you pay for a service and they rarely drive your car up because its parked 2 feet from the valet stand. WIFI was horrible to connect to and did not stay on consistently. Staff was GREAT! Very friendly and informative.

The room was old and very outdated. Pool was cloudy and didn't feel clean, also not heated. Overall felt a bit unsafe and the hallways had a funny smell.

I enjoyed the casual vibe of the neighborhood the shops your staff was friendly and always helpful. The desk staff were very accommodating and I enjoyed the shopping. It was a real experience of what living on the island would look like. I would come back every time. Would love the Southside view of the Ocean I got the City View which was awesome but would like The room with an ocean view.

The hotel is pretty much outdated, but the staff is polite and it’s convenient because it’s two blocks from the beach parking is $45 a night but it’s valet parking. I mean you’re just there to sleep you’re not there to hang out all day.

Staff was kind, AC kept not working but I was changed to a different room. Besides the AC not working there were small roaches in the kitchen area in the room I was switched to. I did notify staff as I was checking out. Other than that area was great and everything was close and walking distance.
