Just a 5-minute drive from the ski lift/cable car, this combination of 2 apartments is set in a rural location. Perfect for relaxing, and equipped with a shared garden, a terrace, a fitness room, and a sauna. Both apartments are on the ground floor and each offers a private living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and direct access to the garden. Each unit has its own entrance, and there are 2 parking spaces. An ideal starting point for all kinds of activities
The region offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, whether you want to ski and snowboard in the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area, cross-country ski right outside the door, toboggan on the Haagalm on the Penningberg, ice-skate in Salvenaland Hopfgarten, or hike along the Kelchsauer Ache. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find Salvenaland Hopfgarten, with a large playground with swings, air cushions, a summer toboggan run and a refreshing swimming lake. Ideal for unwinding while the children play carefree.
The area is known for its beautiful nature and numerous leisure activities. Admire the breathtaking mountain landscapes of the Kitzbühel Alps, Zillertal Alps and Venediger Group, or visit the centre with several restaurants and cosy inns serving Tyrolean specialities such as Käsespätzle and Tyrolean Gröstl.
