large cozy apartment that offers space for up to 3 people on its approx. 40 sqm. In the living room there is an open kitchenette with a fridge / freezer combination, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and everything else you could need in a kitchen. A large, comfortable armchair that can be folded out into a fully-fledged bed, a dining table for three, and a relaxing armchair with a coffee table invite you to linger. There is also a satellite TV and a small compact system with CD player. In the separate bedroom with double bed there are also nightstands, a sideboard with satellite TV and a large wardrobe that offers enough storage space. Free internet access via WLAN. Shower room and hallway / vestibule with wardrobe. Direct access from the large garden. Covered arcade. Parking space at the house. Smoking is allowed. As of 2017, animal husbandry is no longer permitted.
