The cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, the fully equipped kitchen and the inviting bedroom create a comfortable atmosphere for up to 4 people. A desk is available for those who wish to work during their stay.
Look forward to amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV and a Bluetooth box. We are also happy to provide you with a baby cot to make your stay easier for families with small children.

1. check-in is possible from 15:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee and subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services will be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their residence. Please contact us if you wish to book within your own residence.
3. smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will be subject to an additional fee, plus the cost of special cleaning and repair of damage.
4. commercial photography/video filming without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. the quiet hours of the house must be respected. In addition, care must be taken to ensure that the entrance door to the house remains closed. Particularly heavy soiling, e.g. of the stove, must be removed independently. In case of gross soiling, the costs for a special cleaning will be charged.
6. guests whose number exceeds the number stated in the reservation are not admitted. An additional charge will be made for each guest not admitted.
7. dogs are allowed. The number of dogs must be stated on the booking form. Violations of our pet policy (including failure to declare or misdeclaring the number) will be subject to a fee plus the cost of a special cleaning. Guests with companion animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. Please ensure that the carpets in the bathroom are not used for dogs to sleep on. This also applies to the bed and the couch. We are happy to provide a dog bed and dog bowls on request.
8. guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, remotes and items from the holiday home.
9. noise level measurement systems may be installed in the flats to monitor excessive noise pollution. However, this will only be done if specifically mentioned in the description of the advertisement.
