Experience high-end resort living when you stay in this Horseshoe Bay vacation rental with a gorgeous views of Lake LBJ. Set towards the back of Horseshoe Bay Resort, this stylish condo in a country club-style community offers posh living to all residents with landscaped gardens, intersecting golf cart paths, and lake access. Please note that the elevator is currently out of order. This property is on the 2nd floor and can only be accessed by the stairwell. Vacasa does not manage building amenities and features outside of the home, including the parking lot, elevators, and exterior.The vantage point means excellent views of the Horseshoe Bay Marina and Lake LBJ from the comfort of a well-appointed condo with an open floor plan and classic decor. Head to the covered balcony with nice patio furniture and ceiling fans to keep the air moving. With both lounging chairs and a dining table, this balcony serves as an outdoor living space with great lake views.

Make your favorite meals in a modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Other guests can keep the cook company while seated at the breakfast bar. This home is well stocked with cool gadgets, including a slow cooker for stew or roasted chicken, a waffle iron and blender for brunch items, a stand mixer for whipped cream, and plenty of wine glasses and cookware to use. There's even a dishwasher for easy cleaning. Dine inside or out for a family-style meal. Feel like taking the party outside? Head down to the shared patio area with plenty of comfy seating and an outdoor kitchen with two grills, a prep area, and extra features. Other amenities of this home include central air-conditioning to beat the Texas heat and a washer/dryer for mid-vacation laundry loads. This condo's varied bed configuration makes it easy for groups of adults or a family to share. The main suite is a couple's escape with balcony access and an attached bathroom with a garden-style soaking tub and a separate stand-up shower.

This community is made for anyone who has wondered what country club living feels like. Community park Quail Park features a lovely grassy area and a sandy beach spot for guests to enjoy. Bring your watercraft or rent one for a day out on the waters of Lake LBJ. Golfers can access any of the four surrounding golf courses. If you're looking for a golf course that's just as interesting with a smaller price tag, consider driving to The Legends Golf Course in Kingsland, about 19 miles away. Head into Marble Falls to explore the local arts and culture scene, the ATV and dirt bike terrain at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, or see Lake LBJ from a bird's eye view with Fly Texas.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Location is great. Horseshoe Bay Resort is a great place to visit. We came up for a wedding from Houston. Had groups of friends in the hotel, houses and yacht club around the resort. We made it in early before our check in time of 4pm. They say they will email/text you the morning of, to let you know if you can check in earlier than the scheduled time. Upon arrival around 2pm, I called to see if we could receive early check in. They were not able to accommodate because the cleaning crew has a five hour window, 11-4 to clean the 2000 sqft unit. Excessive. All binds were open and you could clearly see in. Cleaning crew had already come and gone. I explained this to the operator and she told me there is nothing she could do. Was very surprised how much silence was on that phone call. Almost shady. Code for the door works at 4. SOL. So here we linger for a couple hours. Well let’s go to the pool I said, but whoops! It’s under construction, and not accessible. That would have been great to know before booking. There was a slight musty smell that lingered in the condo. Almost like old cigarette smoke. Place was clean though. Cleaning service did very well, not ragging on them. Received a text/email for late check out until 2pm instead of 10am. Wow cool, click the link to confirm, and you’re met with a payment page to put your credit card info to be charged another $60 for late check out. LOL. Was pretty bummed they didn’t offer that, having blew the early check in deal. Overall, eh. Not impressed, especially with the vacasa group. Go stay at the Hotel a stones throw away. They accommodate better.

Great HSB Property

This is a great property and we would definitely stay again. It is located close to the marina and yacht club. The patio is fabulous. It feels very spacious with the layout. For next time, I will probably pack some more of my own kitchen items, however, and will probably bring my own pillows and towels. The kitchen is equipped very basically for actual cooks. For example, the knives are not up to the task of simple food prep. The hand held blender didn’t work. The kitchen utensils are basic. Next time I will definitely pack a few items to add to the basics already there to make actually cooking easier. Also, keep in mind, the hot water runs out quickly so time showers and laundry well. Keeping in mind all of the above, we will stay again for sure. Review meant to assist future stays only and not meant to be negative at all.

Great condo! There was plenty of space for my family of 6. Pleased with the location. Very clean but a better wipe down of light switches was needed. Patio furniture was a little dirty. We couldn't get living room TV to work. We purchased batteries for remote since it didn't seem to worK but still didn't work. Minor issues but would've liked to have watched a movie altogether as a family.
