THE PROPERTY:
From the living room, boasting 10-foot high ceilings, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views through an expansive wall of windows that frame an ever-changing vista of scenic mountaintop peaks. A 75" Samsung 4K Smart TV adds to the comfort, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Photos don't fully capture the beauty of the view, you simply must experience it in person!

An open-concept contemporary kitchen features the latest stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked walk-in pantry with everything you need to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. Enjoy breakfast at the hi-top table connected to the living room, overlooking the beautiful mountain vista.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass doors that open to your own private outdoor sundeck.

The master bath offers a luxurious spa-like experience, featuring an oversized walk-in shower with three separate waterfall shower heads for ultimate relaxation.

Additionally, the master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet that’s large enough to serve as a third bedroom, nursery, or private office. Air mattresses and sleeping bags are provided if needed.

The second bedroom opens into the living room through a set of French doors and offers views of the mountains and evening sunsets from the front side of the property.

From this home, you’ll experience an abundance of nature, including birds, deer, and other wildlife, with a gentle mountain breeze filling the air throughout the day. And if you need to check in with work, the home is also wired with AT&T Fiber-Optic High-Speed Internet.

Start your morning with coffee as the sun rises, illuminating the tree canopies over the Ouachita Mountains. ************** RECENT UPGRADES **************

As of November 2024, we've completed some exciting new exterior upgrades to the property:

The old 8x8 ft wood deck off the living room has been replaced with a spacious 12x22 ft concrete patio, and the small sundeck off the master bedroom has been transformed into a contemporary 300 sq ft garden deck.

Additionally, we've added a new hot tub / bubble spa, a wood-burning fire pit, replaced the steep driveway with a more welcoming entry to the home, and raised the grade around the property by three feet in the backyard, making the view from the top even more spectacular!

GUEST ACCESS:
We are at the top of the mountain with brand-new paved roads and two long gravel driveways. There is plenty of room to turn around, with easy access for 40’ trailers and ample flat space for parking vehicles.

We can accommodate 2–3 full-size (40 ft) trailers, with wide, separate driveways so there’s no need to back up or make three-point turns. Located less than five minutes from Hot Springs Off-Road Park.

Guests have full access to the entire house, as well as the front and back yards.

An update on Leroy:

We’re saddened to share that our beloved duck, Leroy, has passed away. Many of you met him during your stays, our bold little mallard who made himself at home under the sundeck and wasn’t shy about waddling up for a snack. He loved shady spots, cool breezes, and surprising guests near the patio, and he quickly became part of life here on the mountain.

Leroy brought joy, laughter, and gentle company to our days, and he became a friend to so many who visited. His little waddles and soft quacks will be deeply missed, and the mountain won’t feel quite the same without him.

His spirit will remain in the quiet corners he once wandered, and he will always be a part of this place. Rest peacefully, sweet friend.
