We had a wonderful stay! The house was decorated so cute with a fun Hot Springs theme, which made it feel extra special. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and well organized.The hosts were incredibly responsive and clearly go the extra mile in ways that many hosts don’t. When we arrived there were snacks waiting for us, and they even had extra toothbrushes available in case you forgot yours—such a thoughtful touch.The house is very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay: plenty of towels, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and more. They also provide lots of maps and activity ideas in the kitchen, which was really helpful for planning our time in the area.There’s even a carport, which would be great during bad weather. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. I would highly recommend this host and house, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Was a great weekend at the races! Everything was wonderful except the loud street right next to the house. They provided ear plugs but the street and the church bells every hour I could’ve done without. The house was really cute and well maintained. Very comfortable for our weekend.

Beautiful home! For our group it isn’t walking distance to the heart of downtown (two have knee problems), but it is only a 3 minute drive and there is plenty of parking when you get downtown. Host has lots of extras that aren’t normally at a rental (snacks, detergent, toiletries, etc). The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer if we could. We plan to return and book again for our next trip!

This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The extra touches included were so gracious and appreciated. Easy to get to the heart of bathhouse row and the house was in a very quiet area. Cannot say enough wonderful things. The hosts were great with communication and instructions.

Amazing Family reunion retreat

We enjoyed this retreat during a family reunion as we have smaller children. The home was amazing and truly every detail thought of. We didn't notice the pack and play untill to late but that's how accommodating this property is.We are incredibly thankful!

Incredible Stay!

The location, amenities, and home were perfect! Just minutes from downtown and Oaklawn, we were so close to everything but still far enough away that we didn’t have the hustle and bustle. Cannot recommend enough!

The perfect place for our girls birthday getaway.

We had a wonderful time!!! The house was amazing. Everything that you wanted and more. From the furnishings to the amenities to the kitchen appliances,/utensils. Nothing was missed. We had an opportunity to sit in the backyard and it was relaxing and a great place for conversation. We had a chance to meet the owners and they were very friendly and sociable. It was a short 20 minute walk to downtown where everything was accessible. If traveling to Hot Springs, I recommend this place. Thanks, Shane and Alice.

Great Location for Volleyball Tournament

This house was perfect for us. My husband and I had the downstairs and each of our two girls had a bedroom upstairs with a bathroom to share. Everything was well stocked and just as comfortable as being at home.The location was perfect for an event at the Convention Center. Literally a two minute drive.We had a fantastic stay and will stay there again if it is available when we are available.

Jackpot find in Hot Springs

This property had everything we needed and more with so many extra touches. Snacks, coffee, fans, blankets, games, outdoor seating, grill, fully stocked kitchen and laundry detergent. It was extremely clean and so close to everything we wanted to do. It also felt very safe with security cameras at points of entry. The mattress toppers provided a great night’s rest and I loved the blinds and curtains throughout the home. So many distinct, extra touches of design/decor in this charming home. We loved it and will definitely be back!
