With enough space to sleep 2 guests, this comfortable site is the perfect getaway for couples, friends or solo adventurers. And for those looking to make it a group retreat, our neighboring glampsite, Black Fox Den, can accommodate 2 more guests with just a short hike or drive away (1/8th mile).

The camp is fully equipped with an American-made, heated canvas bell tent, a real queen-sized platform bed, and layers of comfortable bedding for a restful night`s sleep. Relax on the deck in rocking chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Don`t forget to take a swing or lounge in the 2-person hammock while gazing at the beautiful natural surroundings. And, of course, every campsite needs a fire-ring and propane grill for a classic outdoor dining experience.

SHARED CAMP RESTROOMS:
Restrooms are 100 yards from camp and may be shared by up to 2 other glampers. Separate 1/2 and 3/4 bathrooms are on grid with electric and running water and both include sink, toilet and mirror. The 3/4 bath includes a shower and convenience items. Hair dryer, soaps and towels provided.

DOG FRIENDLY: Up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken dogs of any size and any breed welcomed. Dog(s) must always remain under control and with owners. For their safety, dogs cannot be left alone even if they are crated or tethered. The in-tent guide details many places including trails and restaurants that are dog friendly so your best friend can go with you. Service animals welcomed, but Black Fox is not a safe or suitable environment for non-dog pets.

BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR ADVENTURE:
No infants or other children under 10 permitted
No more than 2 people total and 1 must be an adult
Wi-fi, cable and TV are not provided
Dogs must be under control with owner(s) on a leash at all times.
No events or parties
No fireworks or open flames including candles
No smoking in the tent, but it`s okay outside.
No firearm discharge, hunting, trapping, archery or similar.
Unregistered daytime guests must be discussed with us in advance
Guests who violate these rules will be asked to leave immediately without a refund

Air conditioning is only provided when overnight lows are consistently over 72 degrees. Contact us to confirm.

Propane heating is only provided when overnight temperatures are consistently under 65 degrees.

NATURE: There is still camp in the glamp! You may encounter bugs, wind, rain, wildlife... we strive to make sure our guests are comfortable, but Fern Dell is purposely situated in nature and nature is part of the package.

The 16-acre property includes the hosts` home and a second 2-person glamp 1/8th mile away.
BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR ADVENTURE, YOU AGREE:
Maximum 2 human occupancy, without exception.
There are no features, amenities or safeguards for children and infants; there are other glamping places in Hot Springs that do though.
For their safety, dogs cannot run loose or be left alone even if tethered or crated.
No undisclosed animals.
No illegal activities.
No events, parties or gatherings.
No fireworks or open flames like candles, torches and lanterns; fire in the fire ring only.
No smoking in the tent, but it`s okay outside.
No firearm discharge, hunting, trapping, shooting, archery or similar.
Unregistered daytime guests must be discussed with us in advance.
Guests who violate these rules will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND:
Air conditioning is only provided when daytime highs exceed 85 degrees AND overnight lows are over 72 consistently. Contact us to confirm A/C if you are uncertain.

Propane heating is only provided when overnight lows are consistently under 68 degrees. Layers of cozy blankets provided by season. Contact us to confirm the availability of heating if you are uncertain.

No bathroom facilities at the campsite (100 yards walk or drive).
Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other people at our other glampsite. Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized daily when both glampsites are occupied.

No internet, wi-fi, cable or TV provided.

Onsite trails are for non-motorized hiking/biking/e-bike use only.

THERE IS STILL SOME CAMP IN THE GLAMP!
There could be rain. You will stay dry in the tent! There could be wind. It could be hotter or colder than your ideal. You may see insects and wildlife. We do everything possible to provide a wonderful, memorable and comfortable stay, but Fern Dell is situated inside nature and nature is part of the package.
