Everything about our stay was great with one exception: the shower curtain rod was loose and the shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. This meant that water got all over the bathroom floor, no matter how careful we were with our showers. This was just a minor inconvenience, as we mopped up the water with extra towels. We only stayed one night, otherwise we would have reported it to the front desk. Again, though, otherwise a great property and great stay. I use a wheelchair and requested a wheelchair-accessible room. For the benefit of other disabled folks who, like me, have learned the hard way that some allegedly-accessible rooms are more accessible than others, rest assured that if you request an accessible room at this Home2 Suites, that's what you'll get. They do accessibility right.

I enjoyed the cookies more than I should have. It was a welcome treat. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly. I left an item and they called me to let me know the staff had found it and when I returned it was neatly labeled, packaged and waiting. I posted that on social media. I will suggest this hotel to any of my collogues staying in Hot Springs for future conferences.
