Lake Hamilton Getaway on Quiet Cove!! Close to Races, a central location!!

Home is nestled in a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton. Sits at the mouth of Hot Springs Creek. Drive your boat up to a private dock, tie up, and walk straight up the lighted, flagstone stairs to your vacation getaway! No worries about your boat getting beat up from all the boat traffic since the cove is calm and only about 10 minutes to the main channel by boat. Home is over 3000 sqft and was built 2003 and will not disappoint. Drive the winding road to the home which seems a million miles away from the city but is only one mile from Central Avenue and Super Walmart; a nice convenience. If you are concerned about location; no worries this is perfect. Hot Springs Mall is one direction and Oaklawn Horse Race Track/Year Round Casino (3.1 miles), Downtown and Bath Row Houses are the other direction. All just a few miles.

Relax on the deck or sit outside for dinner and grill hamburgers or steaks. There is great fishing off the boat dock. Dock has lights for night fishing. Some of the winning, tournament fish have been caught in this cove! Nature reserve is across cove with lots of ducks, geese, eagles and other wildlife to watch while sitting under many mature trees. Lake drops in winter months (end of Oct until early Mar) but a running stream remains with nice sounds and much wildlife to watch!

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Kitchen/breakfast/bar: Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless/black appliances (refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher). Breakfast table seats 4 and stainless bar seats 6. Plates, silverware, utensils, kitchen towels and cookware are provided.
1 roll of paper towels provided as starter.

Dining room: Table seats 6. Who's cooking tonight?

Living room: Room has 75 in tv, couches, chairs, bistro table (seats 3) and sliding glass door opens to deck. Deck has table, chairs, and grill (propane) and overlooks the peaceful lake and nature reserve.

Primary bedroom: Room has a large window with a spectacular view of lake. Wall mounted smart tv. King size bed. Sleeps 2.

Primary bathroom: Bath has a granite counter with his and her contemporary sinks. Jetted tub and a serene, walk-in shower. Bath towels are provided. 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Secondary bedrooms: 3 other bedrooms have a queen bed each and wall mounted smart tvs with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs.

Secondary bathrooms: 2 secondary full bathrooms have shower/tub combo. With master bath there are a total of three full bathrooms in home. 2 baths upstairs and 1 downstairs. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper provided as a starter.

Gameroom: (Just for fun) Large room downstairs with foosball, air hockey, pool and ping pong tables, PacMan, and video pinball machine with 22 different tables. 65 in smart tv mounted to watch sports or play music while you play games.

Downstairs galaxy theater room. Projector and Blu-ray player for movie fun (few DVDs are provided).

The house was awesome! Clean and comfortable with many extras. Also convenient to the racetrack, shops, and restaurants. The view and outdoor areas were great. We will definitely book this place again if we come back to Hot Springs in the future.

We Had a great stay here! There were 8 adults ( 4 of which were young men all over 6’2 ) and the house fit us all perfectly! We had a combo of rainy & sunny weather and there were many ping pong & pool tournaments to keep all entertained with tv going to watch football @ the same time. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate us cooking an entire Thanksgiving dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is situated right on the water, so we spent our mornings out on the patio admiring the beautiful scenery and animals. The bathhouses and downtown shopping/activities are close. There was something for everyone to do! Great house and great vacation!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! The lake was low but it was still great for fishing. Watching the wildlife from the picture window in the master bedroom while drinking coffee was super relaxing for this mom of three. We come to Hot Springs at least once a year and will definitely book this house again!

Peaceful and Beautiful

There were only 3 of us this trip, so the house was especially roomy for us. Everything was incredible. There’s so much to do around the town that we didn’t spend much time in the house, but when we were there, we had absolutely everything we needed. The garage is an added bonus because it’s pretty hot in July! We had a BLAST in the game room. I loved cooking because kitchen is totally stocked with pretty much anything you need. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and were able to eat lunch at a restaurant on the water!!! Pontoon parking available!!! I can’t wait to go back and bring our in-laws with us. I know they’ll love the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful neighborhood. Being right on the water and near an awesome marina is exactly where I want to be when we make it back to Arkansas. And great communication with the host!!!!

We were there for a 3 generation family vacation. This home and property gave us plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy family meals together. Lots of entertainment for children of all ages in the game room and media room. We brought kayaks and took advantage of the water access. The owner has great communication and answered any questions I had immediately. The home is conveniently located to everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking and would rent again!!!

Family Trip

We took our big family trip in June 2025! This house was perfect for all of our needs plus so much more! We were a family of 8 with three generations and the house had plenty of space to for everyone to have their own space as well as showers at the same time with hot water for everyone! Endless laughs in the basement with all the games and the fishing was also great and the outdoor space was perfectly accommodating for our big party! This house checked all our boxes and was super clean and everything was how the owners have it posted! We would recommend this property 10/10!

Perfect Location, Outstanding Property

We stayed for 4 days.This location is the right combo of secluded and accessible. All you can hear is frogs at night, but all the great restaurants, stores and amusements in Lake Ham area are accessible from this location with a short drive.We caught a couple bass off the dock casting purple worms.Highlights: fishing off the dock, fireflies, blue heron, great views of the lagoon, terrific home with all of the amenities and plenty of space.Things to keep in mind. We didnt have any shower gel or soap when we checked in. so we had lite showers the first night. make sure you bring some soap and shampoo. additionally, if you need coffee that first morning yo better bring it. im sure its in the agreement, but we got used to vrbos providing at least an entry-level version of these items.i would recommend this place for families or groups.

Great Space for Large Group

Property has plenty of space and entertainment options for a large group. We have family that comes from 4 states to gather annually for a weekend in Hot Springs. This was our fourth year to utilize this property and it always delivers!
