The Lodge at Maggie's Farm is a 5000 square foot waterfront home located on a unique 48 acre property located directly on Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Roomy and private, yet still conveniently located only minutes from shopping, restaurants, Oaklawn, Magic Springs, and all of the other wonderful things Hot Springs has to offer! With 6 bedrooms and 7 baths, there is plenty of room for retreats, reunions, and multiple family vacations. The Lodge sleeps 23 in beds, has a private swimming pool, in ground hot tub, tennis court, boat dock, pond, and plenty of room for hiking and ATVs. There are 2 master suites, 3 separate living areas and a bunkroom. The pool area has an outdoor kitchen/bar with a beautiful rock patio overlooking Lake Hamilton. There are three other patio seating areas with lake and mountain views. The house is located on a beautiful area of Lake Hamilton that is great for swimming, skiing, fishing, kayaking, or any other lake activity. There are several beautiful spots on the property for weddings and other events. We now have WIFI.

My party of 23 loved everything about this house,plenty of room ,well equipped with all the untensiled we needed, the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio area,the hot tub was clean and readily to enjoy, even though we didnt.We had one issue with the electric but the host responded back immediately and it was after midnight. We definitely book again.

There were 14 of us ranging in age from 3 to 70. The little kids loved the bunk room. And the large living areas were perfect. The house was clean other than some dirty dishes found in the cabinets. . The pool and outdoor kitchen were the highlight for our family. Some of the stones around the edge of the pool were loose and need to be repaired for safety. We would return to this property again.

Fun family getaway

We had 16 people ranging from 8 to 78. We took advantage of the pool everyday. People also enjoyed fishing in the lake and the pond. Some even took advantage of the tennis courts. We were close enough to Hot Springs NP to enjoy hiking and shopping. There are many places to spread out and play games or whatever. We had a nice relaxing "hang with family" time. And it was well equpped with what we needed in the kitchen.

Very enjoyable stay

Great property, great house. Lots of spaces the property was very nice the pool and tennis courts were also great. Plenty of room for all 22 of us. The only downside and the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was I thought we would be swimming of the dock. That didn't happen because of where the property is you get a lot of debris around the docks. Nothing the owner can do about it but it was a bummer. We did however rent a boat and easily pulled up to the dock.

This property is beautiful with a lovely view of the lake. It is difficult to get to the lake because of the many steep and rickety steps. The kitchen was very disorganized making it difficult to cook. The house was comfortable with great a.c. And lots of space. The beds and linens were very comfortable. It would be nice to have more towels and towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms. We had a problem with the kitchen sink and the host sent someone out right away to fix it. We had to ask for check in info a few hours before we arrived because it was not sent. The tennis court and basketball court were fun for our group. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking.

Great place!

We stayed with our extended family which included 27 individuals ranging in age from 12-75. The bedding and bath configurations worked well for our group. The host provided the check in information as well as additional contacts in case we needed anything. I reached out a couple time and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The place was clean and many areas had been updated. The furniture was comfortable and worked well in the spaces. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed. The location was less than 10 minutes to a grocery store. An easy drive to bathhouse row but secluded enough to enjoy the outdoors. We saw several deer, eagles, and on a boat ride were able to see some foxes! We rented a boat from kahuna bay rentals. A golf cart (very handy for trash and transport from one house to the other) from Golf Cart Elite. Both companies were accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for making our family trip so easy and enjoyable!

Wonderful rental property

We stayed in this rental property for the weekend and it could not have worked out better (minus some bad weather). The house itself has everything you could need and so much space for a bigger group. It is conveniently located and offers so many great amenities. We had a great time and the host was very helpful.

Overall, we really enjoyed this home. We had four families stay in the house together. The outdoor space is incredible, we used the tennis court constantly. We also used the pool and hot tub regularly, and the view is beautiful.We were unable to use the grills outside because they were not clean. The pool did not look like the pictures, it’s in need of some repairs.Overall, it was a wonderful week and we enjoyed this location.

Excellent for large family gathering

We had 19 people stay here including two babies and it was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and fun. The kids LOVED the bunk room. We had a party for my grandmother’s 90th birthday and the space was great for it. We didn’t use the outdoor space bc it was so cold out but it looked beautiful. It would be nice if there were ticker curtains on the windows and more space blankets & pillows but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The property is beautiful a dream for our big family. Kitchen needs a pair of kitchen scissors lol we used paper goods so we didn't have to wash dishes all day long. The views are beautiful! Great for our family group

Reallly fantastic place for our family gathering. Lots of room for people to spread out in the house. The beds were great. Everything was clean. There are 2 boat docks on property. We were able to have a boat delivered from Great White (also a wonderful experience). The walk to the boat dock is down a hill or a steep set of stairs without a rail. That was a little challenging for a couple family members, especially the walk back up the hill. You could probably find an easier place to pick them up nearby. All in all such a great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. As described, stocked well, and fast communication. Birding was amazing if you're into it and the husband thought the close by casino was the best. We had 5 families staying and it was plenty of room. Each couple got a room plus the kids got their own space. We really want to come back in the warmer months!

Beautiful home and surrounding property. Close enough to town for emergency trips to the grocery store, but secluded enough for privacy and quiet. Simply the perfect place for a family gathering in/near Hot Springs.
