Nice little cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and bed was comfortable. Had a nice closed in deck that we could let our dogs out without them running off. Hope to be back soon!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Canary Cottage. Great location in Hot Springs. It is adjacent to Sam's Pizza Pub where it is convenient to food and drink. We enjoyed sitting on our deck watching patrons come and go. Jimmy

Anniversary weekend

Long anniversary weekend. Nice weekend get away. The property was very clean and have everything we needed. Only negative is the parking but the owner clearly states the parking would be located in front of the bars dumpster.

We Loved this place

We found the Perfect place to stay in Hot Springs. Fun Location right in the middle of fun activity. Very nice and extra clean collage with full view of water and walk right down to the dock. Walk up to eat great food at Sam's and their full menu. This place was hidden from the highway and a hidden gem. We will be back soon! Excellent host communication!!

We were excited for a cabin near the lake. But once we got there...

While it was nice to get away for vacation, this place needs help. When arriving we couldn't get in the cabin and had to hunt for someone to help. It was electronic entrance, but he couldn't get in either. Finally located the owners friend to let us in. Site states that the kitchen was stocked. It had some dishes, but not all the dishes you need for a family if you are considering cooking for the week. What they did have was dirty and I took pictures in the event someone may want to look at them. I had to wash everything before using. No toaster, can opener or bowls. Below is my list of of other issues. -Coffee pot dirty (Keurig inside where the pod goes) and outside as well. -Floors really dirty - bathroom and kitchen. -Bed spread had large lumps in it the size of baseballs. -Hair on the sheets but thankfully I brought my own linens just in case. -They said there was a place for swimming right out side the door, but failed to tell us that you can't due to the boat docks, and boats coming in and out to get the the pizza place next door. The water wasn't safe near the dock and our kids couldn't swim due to debris. So we had to leave daily to take them out so they could swim. - It was open late on Friday and Saturday, so there was allot of noise due to the music and people. The more they drank the louder it got. -There was a sheer curtain on the window and our kids slept on the fold out sofa. The street light was shining in the window all night. -No trash bags, no toiletries. -We needed an extra blanket, but the only one available stunk so bad that we couldn't use it. -Big one here - husband ask if there was wifi and was told yes. Normally not a big deal but he did need to log on for work so we had to drive to Starbucks or surrounding areas to use wifi. Good thing - they had a place for our boat and allowed us to park our boat trailer in the pizza parking lot for the week, just not on the weekends.

The cabin was beautiful, my husband felt the bed was to soft leaving him hurting. I would recommend a full length mirror so you can see when getting ready. The pizza restaurant Was alot closer then I expected like literally back of restaurant was directly across from cabin. Further away from the water then I expected. The cabin was very well stocked, omwer was very quick to respond, very informative and kind. Close enough to town if you need soth8ng or wanna go somewhere but stil slightly secluded on the lake. Overall great experience.

Fabulous remodel nestled right on the lake!

We had such a wonderful time. Landan did an amazing job with the remodel, we had everything we needed. Steps to the lake and the view was breath taking. Sam's pizza next store...amazing! We will definitely be back

Amazing anniversary trip

The place was amazing and beautiful! Had everything needed. Close to town. Right on the water. It was very relaxing. Property manager even though had a lot he was running was friendly, helpful, and available when needed. Will definitely be back.

Cute Cottage on the Lake

Loved the cottage! Everything had just been updated which gave it such a cozy feel, while having the best of today's standards. The big windows looked out onto the water and allowed us to people watch from the comfort of inside. They had everything that you could need there. Sam's pizza is right next door for when you crave a bite to eat. Even though they do get busy, you really can not hear any outside noise from the bedroom. We enjoyed it so much, hope to come back again!

Son’s Birthday Trip

We had a great time at the Canary Cottage. Landan was responsive and so helpful. The location was great. Being close to Sam’s Pizza was great for us and the kiddos. It was a quick trip to downtown and the National Park. I highly recommend the location.

Great little place

We arrived very late in the night but that was no problem as we were given a PIN for entry. It was a great stay at a great rate. The owners were even kind enough to mail some forgotten items back to me in St Louis. If you're considering booking just do it.

Sam’s cottage is The perfect getaway for a coupe with pets! Being next to the Sam’s pizza was great-the food is awesome And fun place to people watch! Would stay here again!!

Could have been really bad

I came to Hot Springs for the horse race and they closed track to fans. The house was a little hard to find and not pretty on the outside, very nice on the inside. It has a great deck to enjoy and right on the water. Not sure where to park but I made do I will stay again

Great clean place to stay, wonderful location. It’s so great I tried to rebook but was unsuccessful

Everyone was very helpful and very nice to us. Good food in the restaurant/ Bar on site. I was very disappointed that I had to book elsewhere for my trip this week beginning on 9/11/2019
