If you’re thinking “cabin on the lake” this knotty pine lakefront A-frame cabin is the real deal. Big screened in porch with cathedral ceiling. Private decks, boat/swim dock and chiminea area. All with lake views. Deep year-round water, natural rock shoreline and sunset views. New for 2025 added two kayaks for adult guest use "at your own risk". Just minutes to everything in Hot Springs.

2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath (downstairs bath tub only, upstairs shower only) A-frame cabin with screened in porch that overlooks the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Natural rock shoreline and year round deep water. Knotty pine interior with 9' ceilings downstairs. Full kitchen. Lakeside deck. Dock with 12x30 covered boat slip and attached swim dock. Lakeside chiminea area. Queen size beds in the two bedrooms, nightstands with built in USB chargers. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room and screened in porch. Central heat and air conditioning, additional window AC unit in upstairs bathroom. 42" TV streaming Netflix, Peacock, Pluto and Roku Channel (no cable). During the summer we provided 4 foam floats, 4 universal life jackets and 4 noodles for use at the dock. We also provide two kayaks for adult guest use "at your own risk". Adult size life jackets are provided and required by law when kayaking. Kayak use instructions and suggestions can be found in the cabin. Youth size life jackets are not provided, please bring your own. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the lake. No smoking or vaping inside. No pets. Convenient to town and Oaklawn Racing Casino. Bald eagle sightings are a possibility.

First and foremost, the cabin was clean! We stopped in AR on our way to Gatlinburg. While we were only there for two nights, the little A-frame house was more inviting and welcoming than the mountainside house we stayed at in Gatlinburg. The owners responded almost immediately to any questions. The entire family loved our stay there. My son and his friend loved the dock and the kayaks—they kayaked across the lake and fished. We would highly recommend staying here.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This was our third vacation here - we still LOVE IT! Extremely clean, cozy, comfortable, along with beautiful views, and lots of character. This is the perfect getaway vacation home!We enjoyed the addition of 2 new kayaks on which we had two beautiful excursions. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn't want to go anywhere else, even out for dinner, b/c there is just so much beauty and peace right there in the house, on the screened-in porch, and down at the dock or any of the wooden platforms on the way down to it. The view never gets old. TOTALLY RELAXING!Other things to note: We enjoy the floating dock, the opportunity to sit, fish or float in the water. The grill is great. We find the bed upstairs super comfortable, the bath towels are so fluffy, and the kitchen has everything we need. It's beautifully decorated and uses the space very nicely so it doesn't seem small. We also appreciate the owner supplying bath/kitchen soap, coffee/filters, (TP & PT), blankets, and helpful suggestions in their information book.The only thing to note that it is an A-Frame, so sometimes you have to watch your head upstairs, and because of the slanted roof, the shower upstairs (although great), is not large. There are no laundry facilities, however, there is the friendliest and cleanest laundromat I have ever experienced, not far away.We have rented a number of homes, but this is the only one we've returned to 3 times! Looking forward to a 4th!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the “Little A-frame” on Lake Hamilton. The home was spotlessly clean, with comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is peaceful, but also close to town for your shopping needs. The location on Lake Hamilton could not have been better. Very little boat traffic, friendly passerby’s and lots of fish to catch off of the ample sized dock. We had the perfect relaxing week as a couple! We will definitely be back!

Mother-Daughter Road Trip

We loved this house and the location on the lake. It was a perfect place to end our roadtrip through AR. Bob and Debbie were excellent hosts and easily accessible for questions. Girls had fun kayaking, floating and swimming. It was truly magical. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

4th of July on Lake Hamilton

Property was clean, even better than the photos, dock was wonderful to swim off of and they had a ton of stuff for the kids to use down there. The house was big enough for our family and small enough that we weren’t all just in different areas all the time. Great property and great hosts!
