Experience a stunning 7-bedroom Mediterranean estate on Lake Hamilton with 7 full baths, 1 half bath, and a captivating pool. Each room offers scenic lake views, surrounded by a curated original art collection. The open floor plan maximizes the 300-degree lake view, featuring expansive windows adorned with custom artwork, including paintings, sculptures, and a 17 ft custom-blown glass chandelier.

The grand entrance boasts high ceilings, a spiral staircase, and an elevator, complemented by a year-round heated pool (heat available upon request) and 3 gas fireplaces. The chef's kitchen is a dream with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and professional-grade commercial appliances, including two Wolf ovens, a six-burner Wolf stove, flat-top grill/griddle, indoor grill, built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, and dual Bosch dishwashers. Additional refrigeration in the pantry ensures easy entertaining for large groups.

The primary retreat is a spa-like haven, offering pool and lake views, walk-in closets, a spacious walk-in shower (wheelchair/handicap friendly), and a jetted tub facing a large flat screen TV. Bedrooms are generous, with separate guest quarters and a spacious bunk room with 1.5 bathrooms. wonderful place for vacation!

The house was a wonderful place for our family reunion in early August. The pool was gleefully used daily and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We did not heat the pool but it was't needed. This property was handicap accessible which allowed all (including one wheelchair user) of us to easily appreciate the home and pool. With plenty of bedrooms and baths everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was enormous. Owner was responsive to any inquiries we had. The rooms were clean and there were plenty of towels. With 2 washing machines and 2 dryers it was easy to keep up with laundry needs.We used the dock to launch the provided kayaks which was a lot of fun for everyone. We also had our own small blowup boat which was easy to keep on the dock. Watching the turtles became a fun activity for the younger ones each day.The distance to Hot Spring downtown was very easy and only required about 20 minutes as I recall. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty private. Plenty of parking for our 4 families.Really a great place to stayWe enjoyed the house so much that we want to stay there next year on our family reunion!

Three generations stayed in the house. Incredible location. Great amenities! Huge kitchen. Loved the pool area and amount of seating. Loved the fire pit area! Deep cleaning and cosmetic maintenance needed in some areas, but would stay again! One of our favorite vacations as a family.

The house was fabulous. It had all and more than expected needs met. Between the pool, the lake, dock for fishing, kayaks, fire pit, etc. it was very entertaining. We would definitely come back. The location was convenient to stores and such.

Great experience for a weekend getaway

Our group of 10 had a wonderful time at Marlin Houzz. The home had more than enough space for our group and is perfectly located away from town but close enough for daily excursions. The high quality of the kitchen appliances is a definite plus. We would absolutely stay again.

Magnificent, large house - great for an extended family vacation

This property was a great choice for our extended family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms (6), plenty of bathrooms (7), a dining area that could seat as many as 25 people, a wonderful infinity-edge swimming pool looking out on Lake Hamilton (we spent most of every afternoon in the pool), a magnificent entry area with a fantastic Chihuly-like chandelier, grand piano, and circular staircase, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. There were also kayaks, and three of our party had a race across the lake and back in the kayaks - unsurprisingly, my grandson who spent five years in the U.S. Marines won the race. According to my granddaughter, the master bedroom was bigger than her entire apartment. The master bath included a two-person Jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower with three shower heads, two toilets in separate rooms, and one of these also had a bidet. Very, very nice house! I can't say enough nice things about the house.

Awesome house on the lake!

The house was everything we expected and more. Even with a large family we had plenty of room. The kitchen was nice with all the cooking equipment you could ask for. We cooked many meals of family favorites and clean up was a breeze with the two dishwashers. We enjoyed the infinity pool and spent many hours of the day in and around it. We rented a pontoon boat and spent a few days on the lake pulling kids on the tube. Enjoyed riding and seeing the beautiful homes around the lake as well. We do plan to book again in the future.

Family weekend in Hot Springs

Very nice house right on the lake. Extended family enjoyed the stay. Group played golf and another group toured the town. The pool was cold for the adult but kids really enjoyed it. Plenty of room to sleep for our 2nd night. No AC in the bunk room where 10 family members stayed. Handyman tried to fix it but it never got below 80 so we had to put people on the floors and around the house. Handyman was in contact with us but he couldn’t fix it. We weren’t prepared for that. It was hard to ask family to pay their part so the weekend ended up being a bit of a strain for us as the host who pick up the majority of rental. Haven’t received a return email from rental agency about the problem. Not a complaint about the house but we had a learning curve using vrbo .. we weren’t prepared for the extra costs added on when searching for the right place. Big cleaning fees and security deposits. You also have to really look at the check in and check out times. Can’t check in till late in evening and you have to be out before 10. Didn’t seem like we got our moneys worth. Live and learn.

Senior Trip

This is the second year that our group has stayed at Marlin Houzz. It has been the perfect spot for our Senior Trip. The accommodations are great for our party and the kitchen is a dream. Cooking for 20 people is a breeze in this amazing kitchen. Everyone has room to move around in this incredible space. Plus the views of the lake are gorgeous. We are already planning to come back next year.

Senior Trip Getaway

This property is amazing with incredible views, Master Chef kitchen, and space for everyone to spread out. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group with adequate sleeping space and bathrooms. The large den was great for meeting and the dining room could house our large with no trouble. The lake view was the perfect backdrop for watching the kids play in the pool or for a quiet reading space for others. There was plenty of parking spots and this was a centralized location for the us to run to the store or into town. We will definitely book here again in the future.

Great Getaway!

Great Getaway with lots of room for lots of people. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and everyone (6 couples) had plenty of room. Matthew was great from a communication perspective and overall a great experience.
