Service was amazing. The conitions were dirty bedding topper had stains and burn holes. Matress was a spring mattress not comfortable.

Our television didn't work the entire stay and they had 2 men come in to try and fix it, otherwise the room was great and the hotel was fairly clean, the pool and hot tub was small but clean and relaxing. Parking was easy once we found it cause the desk help was not very thorough and hard to understand.

Hotel is conveniently located near all the touristy spots. The staff was very friendly and attentive and was happy to give us extra towels. The pool was surprisingly big and clean! Like really really clean! If back in this area, would definitely stay again.

Lady at front desk is very rude and tried to steal $10 of the cash deposit we paid. She argued with us that we only paid $50.00 had to wait for her to check cameras to give me my money back. So make sure you pay attention to the receipt they give when you pay that cash deposit

Our stay was great, bed was very comfortable. Room was just perfect for us. Will definstay again one of the top hotels of our choice when we have to come to Hot Springs for Dance Competitions. Staff is very nice as well and very nice and accommodating to me and my service dog.
