The condo smelled of cigarette smoke. There was an air purifier in the living room. The smoke might have been coming from an adjacent condo. The rest of the condo was great in a quiet neighborhood.

This was a frustrating experience where the property website said one thing and the vrbo listing said another. The interaction with the property manager was more frustrating - we were looking for solutions to the misunderstanding but met with only the option to leave for the rest of the planned stay (yes a refund was given). We accepted that option but it caused us to scramble to change our travel plans completely; not what you want to do while already on vacation.

Girls Getaway

My friend and I needed a little getaway so we decided on Hot Springs, AR and found this condo. It was a little far from downtown but the area was very nice and the condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished! There was not a direct view of the lake but it is very close. That was not a priority for us but you need to know about that fact! We recommend this condo for a nice, comfortable place to stay!

We chose the property based on the king beds. For adults, the choice to have large beds and pleasant accommodations was appreciated. We’d certainly consider staying here again. In addition, the owner was very helpful and always available to assist.

Wonderful little condo!!

This condo was extremely well cleaned and decorated so well! We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is extremely safe and so quiet. We loved the area! Our only 2 issues were we weren't allowed to check in until 2 hrs past the time of check in due to not having been given the code to the front door. After driving all day, we were ready to just relax. (They were very apologetic for the oversight) Our second issue was that with the weather being so nice, we would have loved to enjoy the patio but the furniture was definitely not guest ready. It is such a cute little patio with such potential. Other then those 2 things this condo is perfect! Even with the 2 issues, we would stay again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. We stayed for 4 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer. A great little place!

very nice property

This was a very nice property. Would have been helpful to have instructions for operating tvs as it was hard to navigate. Also would be helpful to have some kind of hand rails in the bathtub. My husband has neurothopy and it was very, very difficult for him to get in and out of the tub because there was nothing to hold onto and the the tub was slippery
