SPECTACULAR panoramic view. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, a nice-sized balcony, Gated entrance, Swimming pool, Tennis court, and Main lake views!! Convenient 7 South Location!!

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is 1200 sq. ft. located on Lake Hamilton. The unit sleeps 6 people. Assigned parking in front of unit for easy access to unit. This unit is directly on the water. Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's. The living area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking experience. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, pickle ball court, and a picnic area on the water. You have plenty of places to fish, swim or just enjoy the sun. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls located 7 miles away, downtown is approx. 5 miles away. Hot Springs Mall, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, less than a mile away. This unit is located off of 7 South. This is a gated community. Boat slip is not included but typically one is available for rent prior to booking.

It's nice for 2 couples

Two king beds and two bathrooms a nice place for two couples. This unit is up some stairs and take could be a consideration for some travelers. Prime time spot if you are into the lake activities. It is clean and everything works. enjoy.

First, the communication from the host was amazing from booking through checkout! The condo was as pictured and described, and had the most beautiful lake views! The location was perfect, just outside of the main strip of town, but easily drivable for shopping and eating. Would stay here again for sure!
