Updated lakefront home that has it all

Amazing entertaining sports themed deck on the water with covered outdoor grilling area and boat dock. This 2800 square foot home is perfect for entertaining with an upstairs game room including a Pac Man game, foosball table and tons of outdoor and board games. Newly remodeled with three 75" smart TV's and three 60" smart TV's plus great wireless internet inside and at the dock. Hot tub and fire pit outside with covered patio with expansive seating and plenty of room. 3 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms including two large baths and two walk in closets in the master with sliding barn doors throughout. This will sleep 10 comfortably but we will include air mattresses for extra guests. The master has remote control blinds to a panoramic view of the lake. There is also an office/study that can accommodate more guests along with a futon sofa in the game area. This home was decorated and furnished by a professional designer and is completely stunning.
We have a lighted low incline walk path with railing leading you down to the dock and outdoor grilling area on the water. There you will find outdoor furniture, gas fire pit, covered grill, refrigerator and large screen TV with marble high top bar.
The interior of the home is fully remodeled with quartz countertops, new fixtures and has an in house bar area stocked with all the supplies/amenities you will need for cooking, entertaining etc. We also include all linens, towels, dishes and even beach towels.
We are located in a private, safe neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac where you have lake views from all angles. You can enjoy boating, fishing and water sports as well as boat rentals nearby. If you choose to dock a boat there is a covered dock and boat tie ups for two and a jet ski lift as well.
This is a great home and location for any event and convenient to many restaurants and activities in Hot Springs. Magic Springs is in close driving distance and has both a theme and water park. Oaklawn racetrack and Casino is also nearby for live and simulcast racing as well as a full casino. There are also many parks and museums in close proximity.
We love spending time here with friends and family and are happy to share with others to create the memories we have.
*It is important to note that every mid November to early March they do a lake draw where water is drained and the levels are affected.

We planned our trip very last minute finding this beautiful gem 2 days prior to arrival date.... this house is truly amazing allowing entertainment, privacy and beautiful scenery....we had a group of 12 which the house accommodated perfectly.... the house had everything we needed and more....

Our stay was just too short! The home was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND INVITING!! The host was very quick to respond even during her daughter's birthday celebration- I'm sorry) But everything was as list, but better! We enjoyed cooking out at the outdoor kitchen area by the lake! Great layout of property but not clean

This house is a good location on water during summer and the layout of property was nice. However, when we arrived the property was not very clean
we had to clean out spills in refrigerator and wipe up sticky tables/counters, clean floors in bathroom that had urine/hair around toilet, there was dust in several places, found toys under and in sofa, the outside patio was not swept from recent storm and the counter outside had dried/dead bugs all over it, the grill was not clean and the outside sofa had an ant pile being built. I did contact owner and she offered to send out maid service again but by this time we had already unpacked our vehicles and were ready to relax and cook dinner so I just handled it. The remodel of property is very nice and plenty of room for us to spread out. The master bedroom does have 2 of the bathrooms in it which was a little odd but luckily we were with family and made it work. The game room upstairs was a nice getaway for teens to watch separate movie but the futon in there was not comfortable for sleeping. There were air mattresses to use instead. The kitchen could use a few new pots/pans and cutting board but other then that was well stocked. The walk down to the water was easy and there were LED lights on ground at night. It was a great patio/deck area to hangout by the water. We brought a jet ski with us and used one of the ramps on pier to park it overnight. We could only get one side to work. Overall, it was a good property just not clean.

Multi family stay

We enjoyed our stay at this updated lake home. It was clean and had plenty of room to house 2 families for the weekend. Communication with the host was a little delayed but check in and check out process was incredibly easy. A few things were broken or missing but it did not keep our families from enjoying ourselves. We had ages 0-36 present and this home was great for all ages. The kids enjoyed playing pac man upstairs and eating meals on the back porch. There were plenty of bathrooms and the master was perfect for a family with little kids, it has a lot of space to spread out and was stocked with a pack-n-play. We really did enjoy our stay and had fun in this nice home.

Birthday Weekend

We spent the weekend in this house to celebrate my daughters 12th birthday. It was spotless, spacious, and perfect for us. We used to boat dock for our boat and the girls used the hot tub frequently. The home is well stocked and very comfortable! Thanks for a great weekend. We would absolutely rent again!

Spring Break 2023

This house was amazing! Very clean, and has everything you need. Lots of space to spread out; both indoors and outdoors. The outside space was great for entertaining with bar, tv and grill. Back porch was huge with tables and seating for games; and a hot tub too! My son loved being able to fish off the piers down by the outdoor bar area! Totally recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again. Host, Jessica was so awesome and very responsive when needed. 😊

This home completely exceeded our expectations! The description and photos can’t begin to describe how perfect this property is. From the perfect location, to the beautifully decorated house, to just all the small details the host has thought of to make sure your stay is perfect! Better than expected!

I almost put fewer stars on the accuracy of online listing. This was simply because the pictures did not do the property justice. We were very pleasantly surprised with the property and the very accomadating host. By far this was the most pleasant experience we have ever had with a VRBO host.
