No hot tub

Overall this was a great place to stay. However I was very disappointed that the listing specifically said hot tub, but it wasn’t visible in the pictures. I messaged the host and asked about it because I didn’t see it in the pictures and they responded with off the master bedroom. I thought maybe they meant on the patio, but they were talking about the jacuzzi tub. We would not have booked if I would’ve known there was no hot tub. Everything else was great.

Perfect after holiday hustle getaway!

We had a wonderful time slowing down and spending time together. The property is located on a gorgeous lake and had all we needed to enjoy our stay. We also went into Hot Springs downtown, which is approx. 20 minutes away and love Grateful Head Pizza and the Hot Springs park. Happy New Year!

Relax and destress

Thank you Cheryl for allowing us to have a great family get away at your property. Everyone in my group was obsessed with the main bathroom, there is plenty of seating in and outside the house, wonderful porch spaces, great lake views, comfortable bedding, quality bath products, top of the line appliances, well stocked kitchen etc. I could go on and on. We also appreciated the seculusion but enjoyed the quick access to restaurants and shops as well. Truly the best of both worlds. I like that there is a guest house located on the property if you have larger groups and need to rent more space. My husband said "make sure to mention the fancy toilet!" Some reviews talked about not being able to find the trashcans but we enjoyed our nightly walks past the neighborhood fairy garden to throw out trash out and had no issue locating them in the dark. Another review mentioned the photos being deceiving but we didn't find that to be the case at all. The owner is very open if you have questions about the property before renting. We had a couple of issues and the owner was very prompt in resolving them.

Amazing

Super relaxing and beautiful property. Can hear for my birthday and I don’t regret it. My only issue was when I turned on the jets in the jacuzzi tub some dirt or something shot out so I just didn’t use it. Other th a that spectacular.

We stayed here for a family reunion and this home had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds with amazing sheets! HUGE TV in den area and others in bedrooms. Screened in porch was lovely. Huge deck. Access to the lake down several stairs. Would stay here again!

We normally stay on a quite lake but this was perfectly tucked back in a cove. The dock was great for hanging out and listening to music or swimming. The house was beautiful and the porch was my favorite!

SUNRISE PARADISE!

The cabin is ideally located - a short 5 minute drive to the grocery store and nestled in a peaceful cove just around the corner from the main waterway of Lake Hamilton. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious and accommodate your every need. The bedding is phenomenal - you’ll sleep like a baby! The screened porch-with fan- is the perfect spot in the evening to enjoy the crickets song. Early morning coffee rocking on the back deck as the sun rises and the fish jump on the otherwise still water is the best way to start your day.

Lake house

We enjoyed staying on this quiet cove of the lake. Swimming & kayaking off the dock was a nice was to cool off from the hot July heat. The house was nice and clean and came fully stocked. The only issue we had was the upstairs shower in the Jack & Jill bathroom was very slow to drain. Besides that everything was great. We would rent this property again.

Great location, private dock and use of lake!

This home was perfect for a family to meet up and enjoy our weekend at the lake. Property is very well cared for, we had everything we could have needed. We swam every morning and afternoon, and enjoyed our stay.

Make sure its cleaned before unloading.

Walked in to a strong weird smell in the house. Later found out we had no running water in the kitchen sink. While looking to fix the sink we found dead cockroaches all over the kitchen. Once maintenance came to look at the sink, we let her know about the bugs. From what we got from it was that its normal and everyone complains about them.... so yes. Not much was done. Afterwards we found the cans of raid.... thats what the strong smell was. Was uncomfortable to cook and eat in that kitchen. Was nervous about taking home bugs 😒 Well. Lessened learned. Next time we'll check everything before unloading. Other than that the stay was nice. House is beautiful.
