Very dirty

Bed linens had not been changed, dirty and stained carpets and floors,bathrooms not clean. I had to clean and mop and change the linens, the mgmt company gave me back the cleaning fee whichwas very nice, but will not Stay here again..

Peaceful, nice and quite we loved especially my 5 and 9 years old will rent again.

There was no problem renting this place online and the manager will call you the next day to make sure everything is ok and to let you know what's what's she was nice also sorry I didn't catch her name.

Excellent, cozy place to stay!

We loved everything about this place. We had a nice balcony deck to walk out on from either the living room area or the master bedroom surrounded by a wooded area. We could see the golf course from our balcony. To get in the village you had to keep a pass on the dash of your car and had to go through a security area which made it even more comfortable to stay there. We would definitely stay here again, no doubt about it!

Just "Ok" Place for Too Much Money

This is like staying in a house that someone just died in - okay clean (but not the best - especially with marks on walls and something gross on the side of one of the recliners) - but it's very much like someone's grandma's house. Main TV in living room had terrible picture (the color is going out or something and it was unwatchable). Parking was fine, but be prepared to drive 20 minutes to a gate to leave the "village"....not like any gated community I've ever been to - it's an entire town (without all the amenities), with only 2 places in or out. Had advertised that there was a pool, but it's part of the "village" and not one within the condo area + you have to pay to go to it. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Cozy and clean place!

Enjoyed staying at this place! Cozy, clean, & a beautiful location. I was confused on the check in process/a map of the visitor center upon arrival may help for future visitors when they get their keys. I did not realize to do that at the shopping center building for century 21 before going through the security gate. It was dark out so I was unsure where the building was too. Nicole was helpful and friendly! Highly recommend this property- well done! Thank you!!!

Quiet & Serene Cul-de-sac

Myself, son & his wife with granddaughter, my daughter, her husband, baby & 2 young boys all fit comfortable n this Townhouse Unit, with a few sleeping bags. There's a 8 chair table in the dinning area, & 4 chair table in the kitchen, a sofa, loveseat & 2 recliners for out comforts. The two 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms were just right for all of us. My daughter & her family stayed just the first night, before returning back to Grand Cane, La. It was one of the boys birthday & they played putt-putt. My son & his family rode up with me. They went to Magic Springs all day Saturday. That was so much fun for my granddaughter as nothing is open in Louisiana. I do wish the beach was open as that was the only thing I had wanted to go to. Next time we'll stay longer. This was a quick weekend trip so we could all be together before school starts back up. The plandemic made some things we wanted to do, inaccessible. But the view & sound from the fountains in the pond from the balcony were so relaxing. We even walked a few steps from the back of the unit to the golf course and along the golf trail. You can really make fun trip here without a lot of out of pocket expense. This was a good choice.

Clean and Peaceful Townhome

We loved the design and location of the townhome. Kitchen was functional and well equipped. Plenty of room for our group of four. Such a nice setting. Homey decor. Adjacent golf course beautiful.
