Excellent location, clean and friendly staff. We stayed at the luxury villas as 3 adults. The villas was immaculate and equipped perfectly, just a little short on storage space.

There isn’t free WiFi, there’s about an hour of free WiFi and then it’s paid by GB. There aren’t towels or anything but a room. It’s alright however I wouldn’t stay unless it was passing through.

The deluxe family cabin was very peaceful, cosy & comfortable. It was well-ventilated; and had lots of fresh air & fragrances from the flowers. Just the perfect place to relax.

Nice place near Hot beach. Only downside was that main door had only black out curtain so if you didn't want to have people look in you needed to close it which made the room quit dark.

Lovely ensuite unit for a single night. The double bed was comfy enough, although the minimum should be a queen. Although the website, and the roadside signage, stated that the onsite fish and chip shop was open, it had closed for the season. As had all the food options in Hot Water Beach! The nearest was in Hahei, about 12mins drive. Reception staff were very friendly, and they had a small mini-mart for essentials.

Shared kitchen Laundry facility Cute cabins 10 min walk to hotwater beach Comfortable cabins with out door seating on the deck. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Top bunk bed had sandy (dirty) sheets Need better signage to the beach. Other than that loved our stay, next time we would stay at least 2 days.
