Book a hotel near Aruba Town Hall, Oranjestad

"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."

"I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The food and drinks were delicious. Cons: The resort was like a retirement community. The music was dry, entertainment was none existing. The resort is perfect for people 50 and up. The shower was warm not hot, it was just warm enough to take a shower. I was ignored by staff, my birthday was never acknowledged even after I wrote its my birthday for the dinner reservations. I could see staff was tending to guest that they assumed they were getting tipped from. I didnt complain, worked out great for me, I kept all my tipping money."

"My stay at the Harbour House was excellent. The condo was cozy, comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute and the view was great. I like that the view from the pool had a view of the ocean. The location was near a lot restaurants and shops"

"It was my husband birthday and I booked last min and let me tell you 10/10. Go ahead and book the staff and everyone was welcoming. Walking distance from everything we needed to go. The owner was soooo nice to us. Exactly what customer service is about. We’re definitely going back and I’m staying here."
