It was not like the picture it showed.

Pour : The living room was nice with a couch and a love seat.
Contre : The beds defiantly! Plus it was very cold and we could not turn up the heat, it was not allowed.
Emplacement : It was sorta close to the lake, but it was winter time so not much to do. But we wanted to rent snowmobiles from the resort but we told we could not..
The rooms were far from the water, not like to picture. The living space was nice but the beds were very uncomfortable, we didn't even stay our second booked night. The room was very cold and drafty, and the thermostat was programed to 68 degrees and we very cold, it did not warm well. It didn't even come with towels! We had to go and buy our own. We wanted to rent snowmobiles and was told it was too warm, it was 35 degrees outside! When we asked around they said that it was not true, plus we saw many other people riding snowmobiles. Very disappointed.

Bedbugs biting and refuse to admit

Contre : Keep the hotel clean and correct their attitude towards mistakes.
I stayed there one night and found out red spots after. I went to urgent care and confirmed that they are caused by bed bugs. Talked to the hotel, they refused to admit their mistake first and promised to contact me for solution later. It never happens. The worst hotel stay ever. I have never been such angry at a hotel. I think a non-bedbug room is the basic for a hotel.

We did not have nor have ever had bedbugs anywhere on this resort. We immediately doublechecked the unit this guest stayed one night in and have photographic proof that the chalet was spotless with no evidence of any bedbugs. He was with a party of 6 with no other guest reporting any problems and he did not report his concern until a full week had passed. He gave no proof of any physician visit or any diagnosis. While we wish to have only happy guests we cannot make someone happy that simply seems to be wanting a free night's stay for his group at the expense of our reputation of a good, clean and friendly resort.
