Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cet appartement situé dans une maison ancienne et typique. La situation toute proche de la mer est idéale avec deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Notre hôte Fred est une personne attentionnée et fort sympathique. Nul doute que nous reviendrons.

Très satisfaits de notre séjour à Houlgate. Le propriétaire de l'appartement est très à l'écoute et très disponible pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Des attentions vous attendent dès votre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il est situé à proximité de la plage, non loin de la gare et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre ville et de toutes commodités. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location saisonnière à la hauteur de nos espérances. Merci sincèrement à Fred d'avoir participé à rendre ce séjour en Normandie des plus agréables.

Fred ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er stand uns jederzeit mit gutem Rat zur Seite. Vielen Dank! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in seinem wunderschönen Apartment sehr genossen. Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war alles, was im Alltag benötigt wird, vorhanden. Zum Strand als auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Markthalle, Bäcker, Supermarkt) sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Houlgate ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, ideal sowohl für Strandurlaub als auch für Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tout près de la plage

Fred est un hôte absolument charmant. Il était sur place pour nous recevoir et nous a tout expliqué et on était en contact pour toute question, il a de suite répondu aux questions. L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres plus 2 salles de bains, 1 séjour et une cuisine, avec lave-vaisselle et machine à laver, l'aménagement un mélange de moderne (tout neuf) et ancien. C'est un immeuble ancien, mais l'appartement est complètement rénové (1er étage). Seul point négatif: pas de balcon ou de jardin. C'est à dire, il y a un jardin, mais qui appartient au propriétaire du rez-de-chaussée qui était très aimable et nous a proposé de nous mettre dans le jardin. Malheureusement, il n'est pas toujours sur place.
