A note from the hotel told me to call and schedule my shuttle once I landed. I some out of Gate E and called only to be told I needed to go to Gate A 115. I asked why was that not told to me instead of having me come out of a gate to call then tell me where to go… We were given a room on the 3rd floor however after checking us in she let us know that the elevator is broken and we need to take the stairs with all our luggage. I asked direction to o the bathroom, she let me know the lock is broken. I had to use it anyway, but there was no toilet paper, soap or paper to dry your hands. Later that evening I went in to shower and learned that the water does not go down in the tub. I went to contact them and found that the phone is actually a prop.. not a real phone. We asked to be moved which happened the day later. We went downstairs for breakfast. No Joyce just an empty machine. We took one of the muffins and realized it was stale and smelly.. Coffee was the only thing going for them. No fruits, nothing fresh. Just bare minimum and sad. Prior to the day of checkout, I called to arrange for my shuttle. She said I needed to be there for 5:45 am. Had I not gone there at 5:15 am, the shuttle would have left me..
