Ladybugs in my room, I have to call housekeeping to vaccumm all the room including the curtains as soon as I got my room, because the manager told me they dont have any other double occupancy room available and I dont find a reasonable rated room in the area at that point. I book the hotel with 3-4 month in advanced.

Our sincere apologies, but I have never encountered lady bugs in any of my rooms at any of my hotels. However, I did see them in your room. Since we did not have any additional rooms to move you; you were given the option to checkout without a fee. You requested a housekeeper to use her vacuum and I was able to honor that request. I explained that if you were still uncomfortable to please let us know ; so that first thing in the morning I can get you another suitable room accommodation. Since we did not receive a call; we thought all was well. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

We liked the location. It was easy to find. Even though it was next to the road, it was quiet inside. Clean and modern looking inside. Good breakfast. Disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, as this was the reason why I booked this hotel. Very disappointed.

Cost more upfront than expected

The rooms were fine. The part I did not like was that they charged my card $115 before I got there and when I got there they charged another $115 plus a $100 deposit. So they wanted to hold up $315 of my money. I got the $100 back on check out because my aunt gave me the cash so they didn’t hit my card up for $100. I’m still waiting on getting my $115 back from the first initial charge which I was told was going to be released on check out and it was not.

Dear guest,The first is a hold that you used to guarantee your room. This usually falls off 3-5 business days depending on our banks. This allowed us to guarantee you a room at our hotel no matter at what time you were arriving. I see you just checked out recently and the first business day was yesterday. We release it at checkout to our bank that guest processed overnight. Then they send it over to your bank. I am sorry that you don't agree with our hotel policy ; but would definitely would understand if you came in and not have a room because your card was not valid and we cancelled it.
