Everything about are stay was good but every time we left our room and came back our keys would not open the door and had to go back down and have them reset. Kind of a bummer when hands are full and on third floor, but otherwise good

I reserved 2 rooms online and the website stated I could request connecting rooms. I did so online, I called the Hotel as well. I was told they did not have connecting rooms. In one of the rooms the vent cover was missing over the stove, the vent was old and corroded. In the second room the carpet was torn and the walls had multiple areas of chipped paint. It was noisy in the above room as I had to call the front desk and report the noise.

The AC control on the wall didn't work so had to use the controls on the unit itself. TV didn't work right away. Had to call to get some to look at the problem. Breakfast had no bacon and the sausage was tasteless.

Great hotel

Of course it was a great stay . stay. The manager when asked about turning up the heat on the hot tub he said of course. Got up and did it right away. He told the front staff person to let us stay in the hot tub after it closes at 10 pm as long as we wanted. That was very much so appreciated .
