Limited parking --- shared with Hampton Inn / several parking reserved for Hampton Inn preferred guests
Room spacious with plenty of pillow and clean/comfortable bed

Lobby was nice, but that was about it! Under renovations and it was horrible. I was in a renovated room, but there was mold in the shower. Daughter was in a room as few doors down, she had green slime coming from the shower head. There was a man "living" there who was trying to get the kids to go to his room for "fresh squeezed orange juice." Another man in the parking lot trying to help me with luggage. Even after he was to no, he continued to bother me. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, hot bar was empty both mornings I was there. Area around the washer/drier smelled awful. Cameras everywhere. Leads me to wonder what takes place there or if there were hidden cameras in the rooms for that matter. WILL NOT be back. In fact, I was searching for another property for my second night in Katy, but everything was booked.

There was a deposit I wasn’t aware of after I already paid for the room on Expedia and there’s a lot of remodeling going on. I had to pay the deposit because I couldn’t get a refund on my room.

Room did not look like pictures AT ALL. Furniture in room was torn with stains. Dirt spots on walls. Outside if room, it appeared to be a construction site. Very bad odor. We were only in hotel for an hr. Walked across the parking lot to Hampton inn which is way nicer.

Was better than I expected & enjoyed my stay . Very comfortable bed & pillows & good breakfast too !!
