We didn’t even have a room key! We were given no warning before our stay and I even called to confirm our stay. Their WHOLE system was down and we had to be escorted to our room anytime we wanted to get in it was a nightmare try to go anywhere. We couldn’t park inside the locked gate because we didn’t have access without the keycards and it was so unsafe! We had to wait for staff constantly without access to our room. No key card for 2 days and we were in town to show at the rodeo so no time to rebook anything. We need compensation for this.

We were provided rooms on the 3rd floor in which the elevator was broke, we had to carry luggage up to our room without any assistance. I have nerve damage in my legs and it was very hard for me to walk up and down the steps . It was a horrible experience. The staff was helpful at all

Nice hotel in a great area.

I would definitely stay here again, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was down but I was on the first floor so no impact on me. The only thing was there were a few ants here and there.
