It was convenient to the hospital the lady who checked me in a friendly. We had a lot of trouble with the parking garage infact got stuck the arms would not lift up for us to leave. Hair was left in the shower. And a lot of noise in the hall

The property was located conveniently for us. The room temperature was warm, it doesn’t seem that you really have access to temperature regulation. The body wash was not filled. We went downstairs twice in the evening and it was never corrected, then asked again the morning and still wasn’t corrected. It was disappointing. Parking is $25, there is nowhere else to park other than paying.

I had called a few days before my check-in asking for a late checkout (1pm). The customer service said they have informed the hotel and I can check out at 1 pm. But, on the day of checkout, I was forced to vacate the room early. I had my visa appointment. But still I had to pack everything and vacate the room last minute.
