Although the property is currently under construction, the staff we're very nice and ensure that my stay was very pleasant. The housekeeping team we're very nice and kind as well. Worth the getaway.

Just keep going..unless you like Roaches!

Bottom line, we left at 12am after we found SEVERAL roaches in the room. The hotel (before this discovery) was eh. The check in was quick and the gentleman at the desk was pleasant enough. The hotel however is under construction so there were 2 big dumpsters and A TON of boxes and old furniture in the back parking lot taking up several parking spaces. We found the last spot available and after moving some empty boxes we were able to park. We didn’t want to leave the lot for fear of there not being a parking spot when we returned. Around 12am as we were about to go to bed we saw a roach on the wall..needless to say he WAS NOT ALONE. After finding several kore I called the desk to get a different room and they were completely booked. So at 1 am we packed up and were off to find a new hotel for the night. Very crappy experience. Was only given 50% of my room charge back. I am sure it goes without saying that I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Stay somewhere else

The hotel is under construction and didn't advertise... it took us forver to figure how to enter and where to park. Lobby was clean. Elevator and 2 floor had mattresses and fridges in the them. When we entered the room, tripped into the room because the trim for the hallway carpet to the room tile is missing. The shower door didnt stay closed, the water pressure was ok, the tv is 29 inch, the beds where to high (disabled veteran). I asked to park my second vehicle was has disabled plaque and they said they were full but both disabled spots stayed available during my stay. The breakfast could not compensated for hearing the room next to me getting setup, construction at the entrance, a view of boxes and the dumpster in the back.

The property is undergoing renovations, obviously to inprove things, so anybody expecting perfection wiuld be sorely mistaken, but the amazing staff made up for any inconveniences that we had to deal with. I would definitely stay again, hopefully when the renovations are done and looks much better.

Good Hotel for Toyota Center Events

Inez at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. They are currently working on updating the hotel, but it was a good experience over all. Very close to the Toyota Center and one free parking spot per room makes it perfect for concerts. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious.

Overall it was good, walking distance from Toyota center. breakfast was great. Only downside was not advised of hotel under construction and some closed roads and parking area. Hotel vents and showers could use better cleaning.

The shower water was so hot we could hardly shower! Even at the cold setting it was scalding hot. There were dirty bandaids on the floor of our room upon check-in, the shower/tub is beginning to mold, and it is next door to a VERY loud nightclub that is open until 2am. Elevator floors are peeling. Kitchen staff is not friendly.

The entire hotel is under renovation. The pictures are not accurate. Yes, they have free parking but majority of it is taken up from the construction. There is only ac in the lobby area and rooms, no AC on room floor or in elevator. Elevators were definitely a tough ride. Room looked like it was half renovated, crappy paint job, broken tile on floors and the whole pool/pool are needs to be redone. It's not safe, clumps of hair in the pool and pool was chipping with no water fall. Only positive was "free" parking and comfortable bed. Very disappointed based off the pictures verse what was there. Most areas/roads surrounding hotel we're all under construction. Also, we paid cash up on arrival but was then charged via credit card for the stay so keep an eye on that.

I usually love this location. They have fantastic customer service and great morning breafast. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. Although, the rest of the hotel leaves us a little disappointed. They have certain areas like the car port under construction and some areas around the hotel but I saw 0 people working on it all 4 days I was here. The hallways smell like meldew and mold. The rooms obviously need some work, not just slapping on some paint like they have done. I usually love this location but its definitely showing its age plus wear.

Hotel was close to the convention center so that was the main thing for us. Parking was full and messy because of the construction. Construction around the hotel was also going on and they closed the street going to the convention center. Not the hotel’s fault but it double our walking time to the convention center. Pool had way too much chlorine in it, we could not breath correctly and our eyes were burning even if we did not but our eyes in the water. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional, nothing bad either.

Upsetting that there was construction on all the streets around (hotel can’t control), front of hotel being remodeled which adds to the small parking lot. Breakfast was average- nothing special. The pool was small and so so cold. The Jacuzzi didn’t work and when asking the staff, they didn’t know how to work anything. Our key was terrible, even after switching it out. Took at minimum 7-10 swipes to access the room. Only upside is it’s very close to the Daikin stadium and Toyota center. If you just need somewhere to rest your head, this place will do the job. Nothing great, not even for the price but it got the job done.
