It has beautiful lay out open space view in a gated community . It is walking distance to MD Anderson Hospital. The back gate faces to MD Anderson Main Building and 5-7 minutes walking distance. Free Ground Parking and free multiple floor garage at the premises. You can secure reserved parking with additional fee. The light rail station ( Smith Lands Station ) steps away from this beautiful gated community. The complex has 24 hours Gym and two swimming pools , business lounge area and guest wi-fi ..
