Staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection each day. My refrigerator wasn't working very well, it wasn't cold at all and it wouldn't make ice at all and after 3 complaints, I gave up. Also, there is ONLY valet parking at $60 per day, which was not what I was expecting.

The hotel was clean and the front desk was especially efficient. Ray was very welcoming and helpful. We were on the 3rd floor. We did not know that people race their cars on the street right outside, especially on weekends. As a result, we could hardly sleep. If you stay here, request a room on an upper floor. Ask for one that is especially quiet.

Parking was VALET ONLY WE PARKED BLOCKS AWAY HAD UBER TAKE US AFRAID OF STREET PEOPLE LEFT AT 2am OUTSIDE NOISE ALL THE TIME PLUMBING or faucets were terrible in sink and shower Beds were HARD PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY I DONT RECOMMEND THEM THO NO LOCAL BASEBALL GAME AVAILABLE!!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The staff was welcoming and attentive and our room was nice and spacious with a great kitchen space. If we’re ever back in area we already said we would be back. The only small thing that I’d ask for is for breakfast to be a bit versatile. I understand if that’s a big ask but that would be the only thing. Other than that keep up the fantastic work!
