Staff were all approachable, professional, and supportive. Our room was an adequate size for our nine night stay, was clean and well maintained by staff. The location was a bit further outside of Hua Hin’s main tourist centre than we had planned, but did not negatively impact our trip as Grabs/local taxi’s were readily available. However this location ensured it was fairly quiet/peaceful in the evening. The hotel is close to a large shopping centre, with small local restaurants and bars close by. One main disappointment was being informed during check-in that the kitchen could (or would) not accommodate our dietary requirements as we are pure vegetarian/vegan. So whilst we had planned to purchase breakfast for the full nine nights stay, this was not possible. This was the main reason for not providing a higher score on the hotel’s facilities, and a deciding factor for not using the hotel during future trips; short term thinking loses longer term customers. The rooftop bar looked a bit worn (lounges were showing signs of stains, and were uncomfortable so not inviting for sitting around in the evening to relax over drinks).

Nice hotel but need improvement in aircon

Friendly staffs, they provided extra bed free of charge knowing that we have three persons. The only issue was the aircon temperature which couldn’t be adjusted. They set it at 23 deg C the lowest, which was warmed for three of us and we couldn’t sleep well
