El fin fue increíble muchas cosas que hacer cerca como los prismas basálticos. La hacienda muy bonita y con una historia muy interesante, nos tocaron cuartos recién remodelados asi que muy bien. La comida deliciosa y la atención del staff excepcional. Recomiendo ampliamente

The rooms are old, the beds are uncomfortable, they do not have a telephone or Wi-Fi in the rooms, the staff is apathetic and not friendly, the restaurant only has two options, chilaquiles and eggs to taste. The woman at the entrance of the restaurant and She was rude and not at all friendly, the hacienda is beautiful but this hotel is not worth paying for, the surroundings are beautiful and there are many lodging options around.

Se me hizo cara para la habitación tan sencilla. La Hacienda vale la pena por su arquitectura, pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. Los muebles ya están viejos, no tienen wifi, no tienen cafetera ni secadora. El personal es amable, pero no están preparados para el servicio. La televisión no servía. Me cambiaron de habitación porque la primera que me entregaron, no la habían arreglado.

La propiedad es hermosa, la comida deliciosa, solo como observación las toallas me las dieron hasta la noche y la habitación aunque amplia pero es muy fría y le falta iluminación, pero por lo demás todo muy bien, me hospedaría de nuevo pero en otro tipo de habitación

Una excelente opción, algunos detalles de mantenimiento (la puerta del baño no cerraba por la humedad), el restaurante abre tarde (8:30) pero los alimentos son de primera calidad, el personal de los restaurantes EXCELENTE, muy buen atención. Incomoda la presencia de muchos mosquitos

Se comportaron groseros con una perdona q iba a poner globos en unas mesas y dijeron q ni habiamos pedido permiso pero yo marque toda la semana y jamás contestaron (no te reciben la llamada). Los trabajadores se comieron el pastel y los cupcakes de la fiesta sin permiso. Las habitaciones viejas y sucias, con arañas y una chinche en las sábanas. No explican donde se toma el desayuno y no hacen ningún esfuerzo por explicarte actividades. Nosotros solo aguantamos porq había una sesión de fotos de la familia en sus alredededores pero jamás regreso ahí.
